Hola! Al editar una foto en PS no regresa la versión editada a LrC. Trabajo en Mac Me ayudan por favor? Ya actualicé las versiones de ambos programas.
The fancy May 2024 update has rendered Lightroom Classic unusable. It says my photos are missing. They aren't. They are where they were, when i imported them. The update wrecked my catelogue. Lightroom can't find it, now, and locks up, trying to find it. I want to reverse the update.
I encountered a compatibility issue between Lightroom Classic and Lightroom CC. I edited a photo using Lightroom CC mobile, which I had loaded from my camera via the camera's app. Later, when I got home, I loaded the photos from my camera into Lightroom Classic. When I tried to copy the develop settings from Lightroom CC to Lightroom Classic, I noticed that the photo looked different. It seems that the white balance didn't apply correctly, and the profile was different as well (Adobe Color vs. Color). While the scales of the temperature and tint are the same, the starting points differ. Does anyone know how to bring my edits from Lightroom CC to Lightroom Classic? It seems like a compatibility bug to me.
Did a wedding yesterday and took some photos in a dungeon! However, using lightroom and a radial gradient mask to cover the B&G, as soon as it's in place the colour drains from them making them almost B&W. Cannot fathom out what I've done or how to correct it. Using the LRC 13.3 and an new iMac to edit with.
Anyone have any thoughts as to an appropriate Lightroom curve to apply to digital images of colour negs (of several different types, unfortunately)? The main problem, obviously, is the orange mask. Alex
This has been bugged for about a year now, since the notched MBPs shipped. Will it ever be fixed?Repro: - Use Shift-F and cycle through modes until OS menu bar disappears. - Use Tab to hide all panels - Mouseover top panel/module picker Result: Module picker GUI is detached (see attached) (I've also indicated other bugs in the SS.) Alternatively, you can show the module picker using F5, but this then covers up the Library Filters and everything else at the top of the GUI across the modules. Adobe, you've had almost a year to fix the LR GUI to accommodate the notch and it still hasn't been fixed? MacOS 12.5.1, M1 Max 16"
When copying pictures to "smart collection" i get two copies of each, one DNG and one ARW. I have used Denoise, so I understand why I have two files, but I only want to move DNG to "smart collection". Can anyone guide me?
Hello everyone, This is my first time here, please excuse me if I'm not following the guidelines to correctly create a post about my issue. My problem can be easily seen on these screenshots : You can see on the left hand the photo (main screen) without weird pixels vs right screen with some coloured pixels.Sometimes it happens on both monitors : What I've noticed : It happens randomly and sometimes it crashes until i force the task to end. It started after updating to V13, maybe a bit after but not before. It only happens while on Develop module and it is triggered by doing an action (through the sliders, creating a mask, etc.)What I've tried :Delete and reinstall LrC through Adobe Creative Cloud.Use Graphics Processor = Off I don't know if this issue is related to this post : P: (GPU) Develop/Edit view & Export artifacts afte... - Adobe Community - 14563606 Any idea on how to correct it will be appreciat
In Lightroom Classic v 13.2 - I do my culling of photos in the folders section of the Develop module (not in collections). I go through and mark the photos I want to delete then click Photo/Remove Rejected Photos/Delete from Disk. For some reason, I'm thinking the past couple of years, the images haven't been deleting off my hard drive. I run a MacBook M2 Max with Ventura OS I never do anything with my photos outside of LR - I thought all was well. 1. What am I doing wrong? 2. Is there any way to identify all those images on my hard drive that are NOT in Lightroom so that I can delete them?
Mac OS 12.6, Lightroom 12.4when I photomerge to HDR multiple Raw files, I have to upright the resulting HDR image at the end because If I upright prior the multiple images, the obtained image is not Syncronized with them. For example I fix and Sync multiple images as XOffset +0.8 Y Offset -0.5 The resulting HDR image will have randomly different settings, (generally inverted) XOffset -0.8 Y Offset +0.5. or maybe not at all any setting appliedThis is not a big problem, as I stated earlier, I do the upright to the resulting HDR image. But Today I ve not been able to synk the generated HDR image to the images used to create the HDR image.Particularly the HDR image has "Scale" -98 but to overlap to one of the original images, I had to reduce it to -95.Hope to have explained clearly a very strange bug; does anyone got the same issue?Thank you to all for any help
There is a problem in the metadata sync (library module).Freuently sync failed, sometimes with minor notification. This problem was on version 12, and it continues on version 13. It continues on a new PC (big RAM & lot of storage). Restarting lightroom bypass it, but it re-appear after a few times.
I try to create xmp files for all dng files in my catalogue. This is not to discuss whether it's necessary or not. The story behind it is a little bit longer. What I already checked and tried:CTR+s (within library and dev tool)Save metadata within menu structure Activate checkbox to save xmp files alwaysCheck whether creation of xmp files is paused I also checked my whole SSD to find xmp files. Without success. I am working with dng. Raw files are deleted on most cases. Any suggestions what I may have overseen?

Which Ligthroom files catalog can I delete without problems in win 11 ?This is my directory;Which files need to be kept and which can be safely deleted and.... why? Thank you
I have no trouble applying my custom ACR Color Profile to Fuji or Canon (or any camera) DNG files but when I try to apply my Profile (saved as a Develop Preset), the presets containing my ACR Profile are greyed out. Why?
I've opened and closed my new LR update 13.3 for several days now and it does NOT open where I left off - always starts up on where it was I guess when I ran the update and updated the catalog. Windows 11 Home, v. 22631.3593. LR has always started up where I left off. This would classify as a bug in my mind.
The folder "Pictures" can't be removed from this catalog. To reproduce on LR 13.3 / Mac OS 14.5: 1. Create a user "john" and log in to "john" (i.e. so there's a folder /Users/john/Pictures). 2. Download and open this catalog in LR:https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/tchglhe8yrowhgxrsnbvo/remove-folder-bug.zip?rlkey=hxgsnavsrh7gcjbeje268kewj&dl=0 3. Observe the Folders panel shows just Pictures and no subfolders: 4. Right-click Pictures in the Folders panel and do Remove. Observe the task Removing Folder appears in the progress bar but never finishes: The Pictures folder remains in the Folders panel, and when you exit LR you get: 5. Log in as some user other than "john", download and open the catalog above, and observe that the Pictures folder has a subfolder Lightroom marked as missing: 6. Right-click Pictures and do Remove. Observe that it is removed from the catalog. * * *This catalog is a stripped-down copy of one of my main catalog
Lightroom Classic v13.2macOS Sonoma v14.5Camera = Lumix G9M2 firmware v2.1 I was exploring video capture with my new Lumix G9M2. While all of the stills I took imported into LrC v13.2 with the correct Capture date/time, all of the videos imported with a Capture date/time 8 hours off. So, what should have been May 24, 15:58:30, for example (a time shortly after the still image of the same scene) the Capture in Lightroom Classic v13.2 from this camera displayed as May 24, 23:58:30. A capture time that should have been May 24, 17:08:45 arrived in LrC as May 25, 01:08:45. A Lumix Firmware problem (v2.1 on my G9M2), or a LrC v13.2 problem? Since the video file time stamp as seen in the camera and in macOS Finder is correct, I would start by guessing Lightroom Classic v13.2 is having trouble inperpreting the data. At least it is fairly easy to edit the video capture time, since it is 8 hours. That time offset is interesting, since UTC is 8 hours ahead of Alaska Daylight Time.
Hi- i've had this problem for a while now- I go to use the mask tool to select the person or go to "find people" to select certain features and nothing happens. I'm almost certain it has to do with my graphics card but i'm not sure what to do about it. Sometimes when I close out lightroom and restart it works but i'm tired of having to do that. Hi there, Real basic question but I could just do with some reassurance! I have made all necessary adjustments in Photoshop but forgot to flatten images before saving back to LRc. When I export as a JPEG everything looks great but I am just concerned that it wont print corrected with the layers still there. Each image is about 19MB. I tried to go back into Photoshop, flatten and resave but it kept saving Metadata had changed and did I want to Save from Cat or disc but now I am confusing myself! Any help appreciated. Many thanks.
I'm currently on MacOS Sonoma 14.5.I noticed this change in LR Classic behavior recently (last 1 or 2 months), probably starting around LR 13.2.I've been on MacOS Sonoma for much longer than this change in behavior. There have been no other configuration changes on my Mac. The disk where I store my photos is an attached SSD, and that disk is not synced to iCloud. When I am in the Loupe view, and select one (or more) photo and hit the "delete" button, a dialog box appears asking whether I want to delete from Lightroom or Delete from disk. On selecting "Delete from Disk", I get another box that says "... these files could not be moved to the Trash". This is new behavior. On selecting "Permanently Delete Files", the files get deleted and do not show up in my Mac Trash. This is new behavior, and undesirable. The deleted photos used to be moved to the Trash. After the files get deleted, the Loupe View does not update. The preview still shows the deleted photo, but in the scro
Since the latest update, I cannot get import to work. I select the source and destination directories (plenty of room on destination). I then click the import button on the right side. Nothing happens except that the left hand import button gets grayed out. I tried leaving it to run overnight but the status didn't change, and my pictures aren't there. If I exit and restart LC the left import button shows again, but the result is the same.
Hello,I have a few hundred RAW photos taken with a Canon camera. All of them have been edited (cropped, color adjusted, shadows, etc.) in Apple Photos. Since Apple Photos lacks some features, I am moving to Adobe Lightroom Classic. Is there a way to export the edits I made in Apple Photos so that I can import them (together with the RAW files) into Lightroom Classic?I have tried "Export Unmodified Originals" with Export IPTC as XML, hoping it would allow me to transfer the edits. Unfortunately, Lightroom doesn't recognize the edits.Thank you.
