Question

Lightroom freezes when I Update All AI masks for a large number of photos

Hi all - I'd love some help here as I'm struggling to resolve this issue. For context, I send wedding galleries to an editor and she does her edits then sends me back the catalog. At that point her masks and spot removals don't show up unless I do a mass update of the AI settings. I usually go into Library Mode - Photo drop down -  develop settings - update ai settings, which usually works fine to update all that she's done on the images. However lately every time I click that, Lightroom freezes and I have to exit out via force quit applications because I can't get it out of the frozen updating of the ai settings pop up box. Can anyone shed some light? I can't get her edits to populate and it's a major headache. Thank so much

I am having a similar issue. Any mask I use, it freezes before I can even see what I'm masking and then I have to close and re-open and surprise, it shows me whatever I've masked. It freezes every single time. Any luck with a fix?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut out as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs and it takes up vast amounts of scroll space making the reply less readable and less likely that others will bother with your post.
