Spot removal and other display bugs with HEIC photos in Library

With HEIC iPhone photos I found this strage behavior:

After removing various spots, and other corrections, the picture is fine in the Dev volume. But in the Library module the picture is as in the screenshot, with the spots vivible. And we can also notice that the AI mask on the sweatshirt is not displayed.
As I zoom in and out in this picture in the Library, the image becomes normal.
