Generative AI removal tool not responding on iPhone/laptop/ipad

Question

Hi everyone, I'm new to this community and I've been using Lightroom CC on my iPhone and iPad for the last 7 years with Lightroom cc and Classic on my laptop (windows) as well. I've been having this AI generative removal tool not responding after selecting and clicking on "remove ". Please see attached photo. All of the firmware for iPhone/iPad and laptop are updated with the latest. It was working fine only just two weeks ago when I used Classic to do some Denoising . Just wondering if anyone knows a fix for this? Thank u

You said you were using both Lightroom and Lightroom classic. They have separate forums, so I've moved this from Photoshop to the Lightroom forum. If it belongs in LRC, let us know and we can move it again. Jane
