I exceeded my 100GB cloud storage on Lightroom mobile premium. I deleted pictures, and even after permanently deleting them in my deleted photos, I still can’t download new photos because of 100GB exceeded. Can someone help ?

I had cloud storage exceeded on Lightroom mobile which stopped me from downloading / editing new photos. After deleting a large selection of photos, still the name issue. I thought that they might be in a deleted section somewhere. I connected to Adobe on my PC and found the deleted files. I permanently deleted them all, which should technically free up some space. But even after waiting for 2+ days on WiFi to let it sync, I still have the same issue. Can someone help ?

    Hello @LouisBarthelemy

Our system tells me you have slightly over 100 GB of data uploaded your account still.  Please double-check that you did empty the trash.  If you did empty the cloud trash, you will need to clear out more files if you want to import new images.  Another option is to upgrade to a plan that includes more storage.  If that interests you, you can find more info here: https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/plans.html

    Hello @LouisBarthelemy

I just wanted to follow up here to see if you resolved your low-space problem?

Our server team caught my reply, and let me know files in the LR Cloud Trash do not count against your account size.

Since you say you emptied the Trash and that did not help, can you tell me: did you remove files from the Lightroom tab, or the Device tab (which is your device camera roll)?  If you removed files from the Device tab, that would not shrink your Lightroom storage usage, because the Device tab is only local files on your device.
