When I replaced my phone and logged into LR mobile there were only about 6 photos loaded. The rest of my cloud is MIA. How do I resolve this? LR is otherwise working fine.

Hi, ich würde gerne an meinen beiden Laptops arbeiten. Einen hab ich unterwegs dabei, einer steht im Büro. In LR Classic hat man immer schon die Bewertungen im Filmstreifen gesehen. Das seh ich aber in LR CC nur, wenn ich in der Kachelansicht bin. Kann ich das irgendwo einstellen? Unter Voreinstellungen, Benutzeroberfläche kann ich dazu nichts mehr finden.

Buenos días. Soy usuario de LR desde hace años pero hacía como 4 que no lo usaba... falta de inspiracion y tiempo.El caso es que para el trabajo he querido etiquetar las fotos de proyectos que hemos hecho y añadir etiquetas para poder identificarlas rapidamente. Sin darme cuenta he cambiado la ubicacion de las fotos y ya no aparecen en LR Classic. Como hago para indicar la nueva ubicacion y que se vuelva a "sincronizar" la ubicacion con la foto? 

I am having a hell of a time downloading any file with Creative Commons. Any time I try to update lightroom I get to about 2 or 3% download and then it cancels and fails. There is no autoresume or any feature. It just starts the download over at 0%I reach out to customer support and they send me a direct download link. The download gives me about 5mb of data at a time before the download fails and I have to hit "resume download" in my browser. I hit resume download about 800 times to receive my new updated light room.Literally no other service I use for downloads has this issue. I can easily download 100gb files on Steam without any issue whatsoever. This issue with adobe is super frustrating and I wish downloading and updating files didn't have to be like pulling teeth. Not to mention half the time lately customer support closes out the conversation on me before any resolutions happenThis is why I am posting to the forum hoping someone can see this and help me out.I have Starlink

After purchasing premium plan in lightroom android, icant use the premium features. The first day after my purchase, the app shows that it is setting up my cloud storage. The message displayed for a long time. When I checked it again today,  it say I dont have a subscription. Please solve the problem or refund.

Hi, I use Ligthroom mobile for Android on mi tablet Xiaomi Pad 6.When I use the brush in the masking section I'm experiencing a problem. With the first touch of the screen I get a 100% intensity circle (selection) and from there, all the rest of the brushing (without lifting my finger) deliver only a solf selection. This happens with all the "first touching" of the screen, no matter what "flow", "feather" or "size" amount I use. The first touch gets a 100% intense circle based on the parameters I choose for the brush and them the rest of the selection is very soft.I'm attaching a screen record where you can see clearly the problem.Is there a way to solve this?Thanks!!

I feel like Adobe has nothing else in mind but money. When I made a subscription for adobe lightroom, photoshop etc I thought it would be monthly subscription but turns out i have to pay for it whole year and if I want to cancel it, they will charge me half years subscription. I made same mistake about five years ago when I last used adobe's tools but I had forgotten it and made the same mistake. That is so wrong and this greediness ruins my hobby. I hope we get some competition on the market, adobe is such a s*itty company

Hello everyone, I have been using the Adobe Lightroom android version for a long time. Today I decided to buy premium. Before I bought premium, I had 15-20 edited photos, but after buying premium, all my edited photos were deleted. Is there a way to get them back? 

Ich manage und bearbeite meine Fotos in Ligthroom Classic auf einem iMac 2023 (M3 Chip) und benutze parallel Lightroom CC auf dem gleichen Computer sowie Lightroom Mobile auf meinem iPhone bzw. iPad.Der Katalog enthält inzwischen ca. 140.000 Fotos wovon ca. 120.000 in der cloud synchronisiert sind.Ich habe nun Excire Search 2024 installiert, welches sich vollständig in Lightroom Classic integriert.Lightroom Classic mit Excire Search 2024 funktionert einwandfrei und ich habe auch keinerlei Probleme mit Lightroom Mobile, allerdings bricht Lightroom CC nun regelmäßig nach kurzer Zeit das Programm ab mit dem Hinweis, dass es ein "Problem mit dem lokalen Katalog" gibt.Lightroom CC kann gestartet werden und bricht dann nach kurzer Zeit ab. Das kann teilweise bis zu 30min dauern bis es abbricht. Meistens kommt der Abbruch aber schon innerhalb weniger Minuten.Woran kann das liegen und wie kann ich den Fehler beheben?

I am so upset. I did a TON of edits to images via lightroom mobile to a collection I had synced initially from lightroom classic. Today I went back into lightroom classic to finish up and do some additional tweaks, but I noticed none of my images had been updated, despite seeing that it said everything was synced. I go into lightroom CC and see that my lightroom mobile edits are still there, thank goodness. I hope it will sync and then update in lightroom classic. However the opposite happens and the lightroom CC syncs with how the images are in lightroom classic, essentially reverting them to original RAW. When I check the history in Lightroom Classic it shows "From LR mobile" however clicking on it does not change anything, it is still the base unedited image. Is there a way to see history in lightroom CC and undo the last sync with Classic? I have never had this happen before. I am wondering if it has something to do with the new updates?

Salve improvvisamente e senza aver fatto nessun aggiornamento, Lightroom mobile con abbonamento versione 9.1.1 non funziona più, la apro e subito dopo compare una finestra bianca con scritto Close e che lo smartphone non ha i servizi Google, ho un Huawei Mate 50 Pro, naturalmente senza i servizi google, l' App prima ha sempre funzionato benissimo, e so di altre persone che hanno lo stesso telefono e al loro funiona. Ora ho istallato la versione 7.2.1 e funziona, ma logicamente non ha tutte le funzioni della versione più recente. Qualcuno sa dirmi il perchè e trovare una soluzione. Grazie a chi mi risponde

I am a long-time LR CC user just starting with Mobile on Android. Adobe's documentation says, "Once you've signed in, you can view your device photos mirrored in the app." I do not see any of my device photos. What am I missing? Do I have to put the files in a specific folder? Is there a way to import the photos into LR Mobile? Thanks. Bill

When you log in to the Android version of Adobe Lightroom, it quits the application. And the shown in the file attachment:" Something went wrongCheck that Google Play is enabled on your device and that you're using an up-to-date version before opening the app. If the problem persists try reinstalling the app." I couldn't solve this problem no matter what I did.   

Muy buenas, Me gustaría saber el motivo por el cuál el HDR no és compatible con mi dispositivo si Lightroom menciona que si lo es con los sistemas operativos Android 14. Otra duda más: ¿cuánto se tarda en exportar una fotografía de 200 MP? He esperado 5 minutos y el caso que no exporta. Tengo el teléfono Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Saludos.

Hi,   I recently changed my mobile,  and yesterday I took some shots through LR mobile. They are nowhere to find on the phone, and on the cloud when I check I only see white rectangles and nothing more. Can somebody help me, these pics are rare ones. Since last update of lightroom mobile (the only lightroom I have), I'm having trouble posting pics I've edited. Once I save them on my phone and go to Instagram to post, it changes all the colors of the image. I've serched a lot on forum and haven't been able to find anyone with the same issue. I work with social media and I NEED HELP ASAP!!!!   {Thread renamed by moderator}

Hi, I am new to Lightroom and cannot export multiple star trail images from Lightroom to Photoshop. The Edit in Photoshop menu option is grey and not accepteing and no there is edit in drop down as exampled in all the Youtube tutorials. I have 254 images I am deperate to edit to get my first star trail image. Advice greatly appreciated and recognise i may be missing a basic process Thanks Alan 

For the past couple of months I have been having an issue with my Lr. I edit all my photos here and have for some time now- from my ipad pro. The issues I have been experiencing are Lr completely closing out while im editing. Sometimes I will be editing a photo and go to move onto the next photo and the photo completely resets and I end up having to start all over again on the photo. When going to crop, it immediately zooms into random places of the photo when it feels like it. I end up having to close out the crop and go back in to do it again in hopes that it will work properly this time. Last but not least this all started after the lens blur was introduced. When using the lens blur option, if i did it higher than ... say 15 on the slider, it wouldnt allow me to export the photo until changing it. Is anyone else having this issue? Is this a bug? Is there a fix? I have tried contacting support but when trying to speak to an agent, they end the chat.

You requested further information on my Play store review of these apps.I have just bought Samsung S8+ tab with Android 13 and new SD card for it. Adobe PSX and Lightroom won't accept SD-card as storage due to privacy issue, stating that the card is read-only when selecting it (PSX) or storing pictures into system folder even after having selected the SD-card in local storage settings (Lightroom). I have created a new folder, even got a new SD-card without prevail.The tab's camera settings and Google photos accept the card and I can manually transfer pictures and other files to the card(s) so the issue must be with Adobe.I have accptedall available permissionsfor these apps as well. I even transferred both apps into the SD-card but made no difference.Could you please sort this privacy issue with Abdroid 13 asap!My phone with Android 9 doesn't have these issues. 

Lighroom starts to load, freezes then exits the program. Never had this happen before. Any ideas?
