Hello!When Lightroom mobile on my iPad syncs to my desktop Lightroom will it sync the raw files from the iPad to the desktop as well as keep the edits?  If not is there a way to do this?Also If I delete the photos from lightroom on my iPad will it delete the synced photos from my desktop lightroom?  If so how do I stop it from doing that?Thank You so much!Michael

Hello. Panicking a little here - my lightroom photos are suddenly all gone.   Two days ago, when I opened the Lightroom mobile app, it suddenly prompted me to sign in and select a profile. I'm registered through an educational system, always have been, and nothing changed, I have no idea why I suddenly had to select something. But now all of a sudden my entire Lightroom library is empty. It doesn't matter whether I check the mobile app, desktop app or browser version. I think they might be linked to my personal profile by accident, but I can't access them. Whenever I try to log in to lightroom, it defaults to the organizational account. When I try to log out to switch, I don't get the option to choose between personal and organizational. I can still find my Photoshop cloud documents in the personal cloud.   This is immensely frustrating so I really hope someone can help me retrieve my photos. Any ideas?

I want to upgrade my Photography membership, which always had 20GB storage, as there now seems to be  a choice for 1TB that comes with the membership. But I can't choose that anymore unless I first cancel my existing membership. After a long search on forums I did that, but now I can't buy a new subscription since my old one still has to expire.  Anyone else find this way of dealing with subscriptions less than user-friendly? Or am I doing somnething wrong?    

I cannot identify which preset i have applied to a particular photoI cant recreate the circumstance where i SEEM to remember seeing a colored bar or tab alongside the name of the applied preset ( maybe this is not on mac os bur ios  and i do remember seeing it in the past) , but what i can confirm as i write thsi is that  if i use LRCC on MAC OS and I  load a photo in detail view, i cannot identify the preset that i applied to this photo Is there a  method of  identifying the preset applied just as i can always see the profile applied?thanks

When I choose the Cloud icon in the Creative Cloud app, it shows I have 20 GB of storage (I'm on the Photography Plan), but when I click on the cloud icon in Lightroom Classic, it says I have I TB of storage. What gives? Do I actually have 1 TB, or just 20 GB of storage?

Does anyone know why all the earlier created presets and photos disappeared in the mobile version of Lightroom? I have been using Lightroom mobile for about a year.

I had to switch my Adobe Account to another, because my work-email had to be changed. To not lose all my albums and preferences in the cloud, I shared my albums I had on my old account with the new one. That seemed to work quite nice. But now I can't access them anymore. Probably because my old account lost it's subscribtion or anything.Do shared albums need to have active accounts on both ends? If that's the case, the whole idea was meant to fail from the beginning. And also, can I access those albums again, if I would revive my old account with a subscribtion or maybe even with the free trial? Working on a Macbook M1 with Ventura installed.Any help would be much appretiated.   

Ho there, I had an XT2 and could download & work on raw images on my IPad when I was travelling. I now have the XT5 & the jpegs download fine but the raw ones say Preview Unavailable. I believe this is an issue & they will upload to Lightroom Classic but is there a workaround so that I can download them on the IPad to the cloud while I'm away?  Thank you,  Sue

Lightroom will not upload photos. Gets stuck on "checking free space on disk". I have the newest version of Lightroom 6.5 I have uninstalled and installed again with the same issue. Lightroom Classic and Photoshop not having any issues. Its been having this issue for over a week now, not able to upload anything.

Macbook Pro 21 - M1 Pro Ventura 13.4 Lightroom CC crashes on open, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, and cleared preferences.No error message.All other Adobe software is running fine; any help would be appreciated. 

Just trying to export files to JPG. Images flip and rotate and I just can't find the reason why. Is it a bug, or... ?

Ever since i downloaded the lightroom 3.4 update it just doesnt work.  Everything is blank as if its just trying to load, and it wont let me import any new photos.  At first i thought my photos were gone, but when i log into lightroom web they are all there. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, installing the older version, and ive tried it on several different internet connections.  Im using a brand new macbook pro with added RAM so my computer should be capable.  I just took engagement photos and i really need to be able to edit these in time! Please help!

I have a few presets in LRM setup with the AI Subject masks. When I add the preset to a new photo and dive into the masks, it lets me know I need to update the AI Subject masks. It works great most of the time.    To be more flexible, it would be nice if there was an option to circle or trace out the subject of the photo when the subject isn't so clear or obvious.

I work at a large agency, we are an enterprise client of Adobe. We need a way to have a shared Lightroom catalog, where multiple people can collaborate on it. Rate photos, add to albums, add keywords etc. Is there any information on how to work with Lightroom with multiple people?

Hello, with the library update, its use has become unbearable on my phone, it opens all files at once and this filtering of yours does not help me, because there are thousands of images and dozens of folders on my device!!! I'm just dying to find the photo I need, please make a separate window like before, where I can directly open a photo from the gallery in this window and choose from them what I edit or just open this photo immediately in the processing window!!! Imagine you have 10 almost identical photos in one of the folders, how to choose the best one as quickly as possible, directly through the device gallery because everything is already sorted there!!!!!Thank you 🙏

For full transparency I am on the MacOS Sonoma beta, but since we are getting close to a release version I thought it would be ok to at least bring this to the groups attention to raise awareness of a potential issue.  Current MacOS version is Sonoma Dev Beta 7. Lightroom is version 6.5. I am attempting to migrate my Apple Photos library to Lightroom (cloud version). All goes well until it hits the Album Creation stage. It gets stuck, the system says it is out of memory, and eventually crashes.  I have noticed that through the migration process the process VTDecoderXPCService consumes more and more system ram as the process moves forward. Once the system hits full ram (16gb in my case) + 40gb of swap it crashes the system.  I did try manually killing that process and letting it restart in an attempt to keep ram usage under control, but when I kill it the ram usage just moves over to a process called kernal_task and VTDecoderXPCService just starts grow

I am editing an image in LR Cloud. I edit in Photoshop. Then press save. The image is now in LR and uploaded to cloud. First problem: it saved it as a TIFF. But where can I make a PSD the default? I can't see it in PS preferences.The second problem is this - my original raw file is about 45 Mb. The TIFF is 650 Mb. I don't suppose the PSD will be much better. I have 1 Tb of data - but this is going to fill up pretty quickly with 650 Mb files. What do people do about this? I am thinking - maybe once I have made my edits I should just save it as a jpg. This means I won't be be to go back and adjust my edits - but maybe that is the only viable way. (I can't afford to pay Adobe for unlimited space). Finally - I found this huge TIFF on my PC in: "C:\Users\ME\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CC\Data\b2ac514740d04bf482a520d9c942f75d\originals\2023\2023-09-02\_D801013-Edit.tif" So it is flooding my hard disk as well!
