Help - I have a watermark on Lightroom app. I no longer want the watermark on my photos. However each time I export, the watermark still shows up. I have unselected the option on the app and it is still showing up. How do I stop this? 

I have a few thousand photos scattered around my hard drives that I would like to organize. I've used previous versions of Lightroom (I'm currently using Lightroom 6.3.1 as well as Lightroom Classic 12.3), as well as Capture One and Aperture. I've got duplicates, thumbnails, and so on. Does anyone know of either a good resource for guiding me through the process or any plugins, apps, or magic incantations to help automate it? I have a feeling I'll use a combination of things to get through the mess.

Lightroom (cloud version) won't start for some reason, it shuts down immediately. I last used it a month ago so I don't understand why it won't open up. I have been using LR frequently for years but not so much the past months. I updated it to 1 TB today, so it sucks that I can't use it. I can't find an email address or a phone number to a support center of some sort either. Has anyone else encountered this problem and solved it? I use Windows 10. Would appreciate some help, thank you 🙂

Der Katalog, aus dem die Fotos stammen, existiert nicht mehr. Nun will ich mit einem neuen Katalog Fotos synchronisieren, was mir jedoch versagt wird, da auf den alten Katalog verwiesen wird. Wie löse ich LR Cloud aus dem Katalog, oder wie ersetze ich den Katalog?Eine Hilfe wäre toll. Hi, I noticed that in the Lightroom Web App, which is synced with Lightroom Mobile DCP profiles from the ColorChecker app, can be imported via an Android smartphone to the whole system, but during Export in the browser this profile is not overlaid in any way, unlike on the smartphone, where it overlays with the export. The profile is visible in the correction panel and during retouching you can see it in the preview, but already in the output this profile is not taken into account. My hunch is that it's a matter of the server and the exporting algorithm, as I doubt it's a matter of the browser or Windows operating system managing the color. Someone can help?

Hello everyone. I've been trying to resubscribe for the premium on Lightroom Mobile because mine have just expired a few days ago. But an error message popped up as shown on the photo I attached. Any idea why or how do I go about on this issue?What happened was I changed my payment to a different card on google play and this happened.

I mainly correct underwater photos, sometimes with a lot of "dust". I try to remove them, expecially on black background. I noticed that current verion reduce size of correction tool after some clicks, than again. Usualy I use 200% view and size 3 of correction tool. After some clicks size is reduced to 2, than to 1. I use Lightroom ver 6.1 compilation 20221207-0956-730bf3f. Any suggestions?Tomek

Why does my Lightroom for iPad crash when I try to add photos from my camera device?  This just started happening in the past week, after installing the most recent update.

Hello,When my camera is connected via USB to my airbook, I can download my pictures in Lightroom Classic, But...When I want to download my pictures in Lightroom in stead of LR Classic (over the same connection) I don't see my camera..Any idea why it is possible in LR Classic and not in LR?

I have taken the subscription for one month but feature are still not accessible 

2 weeks ago i installled dobe Lightroom on my laptop and login in there, after that, on my phone all my photos were gone, i couldn't get them back, and everytime i want to upload new photos the app deleted them all. I already have reinstalled the app but it is the same. I've created another account because i think maybe my account is the problem but i don't know. What can i do   Hace dos semanas instale Lightroom en mi laptop y luego, en adobe Lightroom en mi celular, se borraron todas las fotos, no pude recuperarlas. Luego al tratar de subir nuevas fotos, la aplicación las borraba automáticamente, cree otra cuenta de adobe porque creo que tal vez mi cuenta es el problema pero en realidad no lo sé. My photos are uploading to LR much slower than they used to. Any thoughts on how to speed up the uploading? Computer is several years old. Can't download sky select plugin on android 10 phone. When I press the button, the button disappears, I cannot download it in any way.

I have been unable to import all of my photos & it has led the loss of multiple hundreds of photos. It keeps saying they're suspected imports & they aren't. I can't turn this feature off no mater what I do. I am using the latest version of macOS & Lightroom. Please advise to a resolution. Thank you

I have a galaxy s20fe with the latest os and lr mobile with the premium subscription. The main reason I upgraded is to be able to edit videos. Low and behold when I load a video I get no video editing tools just a couple of color correction tabs at the bottom. What's going on here in the android app description it says you can cut trim etc.. videos? What am I doing wrong here? Have I missed something? 

Why do my cloud collections differ from my desktop collection structure?  I am confused by this and want all my files to be in the same organized structure.  How do I get this to happen?  I don't want to have to manage another separate file layout.

When I choose the option to store the full size images locally, or if I use the Lightroom Downloader tool, I can not tell if the images are saved with their Lightroom edits in place.   I want to download my 2022 files to store locally and remove them from Lightroom CC to free up cloud space. If I should want to open those files again, would they retain their edits?

I posted this in the PS community & they suggested I try here too. I am using LR/PS on iPad. In the attached you can see the raw file size in LR is 3840x5760 px, but when I open in PS (via edit in PS in LR) you can see the image is automatically reduced to 1488x2241.  Wondering if this a default setting or a limitation in the platform? It was suggested it may be opening the smart preview, but I cannot find anywhere to set a default anywhere. TIA

Is it possible to export a batch of photos to Photoshop from Lightroom CC ? If I select more than 1 the export option greys out.

Hi, I need to use the Lightroom downloader (mac OS) to get my photos before my account is deleted. It's 6.1 GB and no matter where I try to download to it says not enough free space available. I have 20 GB of internal storage and tried to use a 32 GB flashdrive as well. I already did every update as well. I don't have access to my account anymore, so this is the only way I can get my photos. Any help please, I'm so sad and Adove has already taken so much of my money 😞
