Lightroomで、過去の写真を読みとっているのですが、一部顔認証されない人物がいます。（タグで人物を任意に追加する方法や、任意で顔認証出来る方法があれば教えてください。 Lightroomで過去の写真を読んでいますが、顔認識できない人もいます。タグで人を任意に追加したり、任意に顔認証をする方法があれば教えてください。

Hi there,   I have recently edited some photos in Lightroom (Non-Classic Version) and once finished, I shared the album with the client for feedback via a link(open to public, no restrictions.)   Once I received the feedback, I went back into Lightroom to make the adjustments and the album appears that it contains 16 photos. After clicking on the album to view them and make changes, it appears that the album is empty. (See Below.) I can still view the photos with the link that I shared with the client, but they are not inside the application on my Mac. (See Versions below.)  I know that I can download them and put them back into Lightroom, but I want to be able to undo certain adjustments without having to recreate the changes. Additionally, if this were to happen again, I want to make sure I know how to fix the issues. Please help!   Thank You!   - E    

I am on Lightroom CC (cloud) 6.2 and I have some 3rd party purchased presets that will not import. I have tried reinstalling lightroom CC. I have confirmed the "hide partially compatible presets" option is unchecked. I have also checked profiles, and they are nowhere to be found.

My phone was lost and I got a new phone. I have installed LightRoom app and also set to sync to LightRoom cloud drive my the photos do not appear on the Lightroom classic desktop app which is also set to sync. It is all the photos that I am taking on the new phone which are not syncing. Also I came across some webpage within the portal which shows it is linked to the old phone which was lost and does not show the new phone in the sync devices. Please can anyone help me resovle this issue.Old phone was Samsung S21 and the new one is Samsung S22.

Long running issue with Lightroom on Windows 11 PC, crashing every time there is an attempt  to edit on desktop, both on Classic and CC.  Its not the graphics card that's at fault, as crash happens when that's switched off. Adobe technical team were in touch and then lost interest and then closed the case, without checking if all was OK. Graphics and apps are all up to date. Very unhappy with Adobe response so far.

I love the new denoise capablity in Lightroom.  I use the Web version of lightroom not CC.  After I process the image with Denoise, Lightroom creates a new image in the DNG format and preserves the old Raw image.  In the filmstrip, I can see the number 2 in the upper right hand of each photo.  So far so good.  The new photo is much higher quality and I love the feature. This is the problem.  When I share the album, Lightroom shares BOTH photos, the raw (old) and the dng (new).  As you can imagine, sharing the photo album which contains both the "before" and the "after" version of the photos is not desired.  Just the "after" version please.  What am I doing wrong?  Or, is this a consequence of an early release of a new capability and sharing is hoped to catch up?

I have a premium Lightroom Mobile App membership for about one year now. Lately, I noticed that exported video files after color editing become 1/2 smaller, before the last update, the exported video files were same size or even larger than the original. Do they get exported in original fps (60) or only in 30 fps? I have no control over export settings in the App! I need this information, please help!!

Hi, I have just installed the latest version of LR, and I am now continuously (and I mean after every photo change) getting the above message. The originals are not and have never nbeen stored on the cloud.  I did this because I have 400GB of photos, and I don't want to pay through the nose for Adobe to store all of them.  This has never been a way of selecting which images I would like to move to the cloud - seems like an obvious feature to add -  and it is not possible to use 3rd party storage solutions - another obvious feature to add - and so I switched the whole function off.  I have deleted all of the files that were uploaded to the adobe cloud, before I realised that this was an issue.I have been using LR for a while and this featurette has never previously been an issue - it seems like a new bug introduced in the latest release.Can someone please tell me how to resolve this, because it is REALLY annoying? The LR library is all stored on a loca

Hello, I've seen that this has been an issue in the past, I'm wondering if a fix has been found. Basically what happens is I bring a raw photo into lightroom mobile, go to use one of my presets, and then the app removes all edit functions and throws a little cloud with a red x up at the top. It has only done this with one preset I had, but it's now doing it with a couple of presets I never had problems with. If I send the photo back to the library (not export because that isn't an option when this happens) and then re-open the photo lightroom tells me I'm missing the adobe standard profile and further edits will lose something yada yada. 

Hello, I renewed my subscription on the 18th of April but I keep getting an error that I don't have the premium version. When I try to restore purchases I'm told there's nothing to restore.Please help urgently. 

I am using a Chromebook.My web version of Lightroom no longer loads. I have logged out and logged in and nothing changed. I have three dots in the middle of the screen, and everything just stops there.Again, this used to work.

Hi community, I have an old version of lightroom downloaded on an old laptop. I haven't used it in 2 years and I plan on signing up for the online version with cloud storage. I have lots of personal photos I want to organize into albums and clean up. I'm having a hard time motivating to do this. To me it is tedious. I am considering hiring someone to remotely help me do this. Is there a way to give them access to my account as a guest? Or perhaps I should ask what it the best way to allow them to access my account and help me with this project? Thank you!Brent

I have been having consistent issues with exporting batches of photos from Lightroom to my smugmug hosted website. My workflow is to shoot a sporting event or client shoot and edit photos in lightroom/photoshop and then send them to my website on smugmug for client access or athlete purchase etc. Often there will be a couple thousand images, but whether there are that many or just say 80, always 10-30 percent don't transfer and have errors. I spoke with smugmug and they've said it is on lightroom side. So, decided to just export the batch to my hard drive, and then upload afterward to smugmug, assuming the connection with smugmug was somehow the issue. Still the same problem. It's very consistent. I check that app is up to date etc. I'm using windows 11 64 bit. I'm not too computer savy, but I have plenty of processing power and configured the computer purchase around heavy photoshop use so I wouldn't guess that was the issue? Im sorry if this is a redundant issue however I have done quite a bit of searching and cant seem to find any help.  I just started using lightroom and these two issues are incredibly frustrating to figure out on my own! First off, I can view all my imaged in the CC app (android), but not on desktop/pc.  The only way I can view all my saved images is by entering the lightroom program via the CC app.  When I click files/library/etc its empty.  Is it possible to get all my photos to show up under files and/or library?  Seems like the most intuitive. Second, I shoot in RAW/JPEG.  When I use lightroom to edit a RAW photo it seemingly makes the edit on the actual raw file and resaved the origional raw file with the edits.  When I go back to view my suppoed "origionals" in CC, I cannot find the origional RAW just the newly edited one.  Where is my origional RAW  file and how do I ensure that there is always a untouched RAW file saved on t

Hi. Few days ago i was logout of the lightroom app when i opened it up. Then when i login again all the edited photos got erased and it is showing unpaid version of the app. I checked my google account and that shows i have active subscription of lightroom. Can't retrieve my photos and payment . How to contact customer care or how to fix this?

I use Lightroom CC on my iPad Pro.  Traveling, I import photos via the SD card, and can work with photos easily.  However, I have had consistent sync issues over the past year - so often that I am now expecting it to be a problem.  When I contact support, they go through a process of telling me to uninstall Lightroom CC from my iPad and reinstall.  I ask if that will lose the edits I’ve made to photos, and they tell me yes.  They explain to me that often there are 1 or 2 photos that have issues, and that stops the sync.  The troubleshooting methods are destructive to work already done.  I don’t understand how Adobe continues to have this issue, and acts like it’s ok.  The whole reason I use Lightroom CC and Adobe Cloud is for syncing, but Adobe acts like it’s ok for sync to consistently not work, and their support team to quickly recommend destructive steps.   Most recently, the support person had me log into Lightroom.adobe.com and then go

Hello, i've started using Adobe lightroom desktop 4.3 in my MacBook recently, and i use the 4x5 crop alot in my workflow.however whenever i try to select this crop aspect ratio, it is not avaialble in Lightroom, in both Horizontle and Vertical crop modes. i tried to crop via the custom crop mode by entering the values, but it does not crop to 4x5 instead it reverts to 5x4 crop automatically. appreciate if someone could assist me in this, and point out if im missing something or doing something wrong. thanks in advance! 

Lightroom for my Samsung s23 ultra deleted all my photos and doesn't allow me to add new photos. Now the app doesn't open and informs that I have to wait that developers fix the bug. And yes, I have reinstalled the app. Have anyone else had the same issues?  

I recently got a new phone. When I signed into LR on my new phone all my pictures from the last two years were gone. They just have photos from 2020 but nothing recent. How can I get these back? I have hundreds of photos 

Anyone else have an issue with photos in Lightroom no longer being editable?  Apparently I've 'lost' the originals and can no longer edit a ton of the photos that were imported.   Could it be related to an update?   Thoughts, Adobe?

Hallo zusammen, seit heute habe ich Lightroom per App Store abonniert, bekomme jedoch diese Meldung in der App auf dem iPhone und iPad. Auf Mac tut sich gar nichts. Bitte um Hilfe! 

I've been unable to use the "Target Adjustment" tool in the Color Mixer panel since I updated to the latest version of Lightroom (April 2023 release: Desktop version 6.3; MacBookPro 14" 2021 v12.6). I've tried using it on several different photos. An icon with a red slash in it appears instead of the usual hue slider. Is this a bug or (new) expected behavior? Screenshot below:
