my lighroom cant edited , i already renew my subscription but still the app shows notification to renew

Hi @fadel hamka,

Sorry to hear you're running into this. From your description, it sounds like your subscription may not be syncing correctly with Lightroom. I have a couple of questions:

Did you purchase your Lightroom subscription through the Apple App Store?
If so, please try signing out of Lightroom and signing back in. On the sign-in screen, instead of entering your email address manually, choose Continue with Apple. If that doesn't help, sign out again and choose Continue with Google.

Hello, I am having this same problem. I renewed my subscription, have tried signing out and signing back in both on apple and gmail accounts (same email address) and both my mac and iphone apps still say that I need to upgrade to premium. What can I do?
