My Lightroom Classic crashes on startup nearly every time I use it

I have disabled the splash screen, I have disabled GPU acceleration, reset preferences, started a new catalog, the whole lot. But it continues to happen.

I'm running a system that way more than covers recommended requirements. When Lightroom runs, it runs incredibly smoothly. But it crashes when I open it nearly 9 out of 10 times. And I have no idea how to fix it at this point.

It happens immediately on launch. My previews don't load and the whole program just stops responding. Any help would be great!
