Hi ,

I have paid for a premium account on lightroom, and I already haven't had access, while my membership ends on 24-01-2024.

 

So you need to fix this and give me an extra month because this fraud. If its not fixed by tomorrow I will evolve a judge!

hello' i cancelled my adobe lightroom subscription on april 

however i was still charged 

please help me

I was able to investigate the problem.  You have more than one Lightroom account, and the email you used to post for help here is a free account.  To access your paid account and all the Lightroom Premium features, you need to sign into your original account based on the Apple Sign In option on Lightroom's login screen.  I don't know your actual email address, as Apple email relay taht was used hides your email address from our system.  Anyway, please try signing out, and sign back in using the Apple login option.

That is really strange because I have never logged out with the account I paid for light room and I am using the same email adress in lightroom as well as I use in Premiere pro. So there is no other account..
