Dear Adobe team, we are experiencing errors when using Photoshop (Beta) for over about 3 hours where we receive an error message saying: "System is currently busy. Please wait and retry your request shortly."

Photoshop beta version 24.6 The High pass it is not working.

The remove tool only seems to work in the default essentials workspace. I prefer to work in the photography workspace. Can I have both? ThanksLiam

When using the blur tool (and possibly other tools) on the layer I used for my AI generated image, It became impossible to select anything within photoshop. The curser never reappears.

CC Not allowing me to update to newest Photoshop beta version

I've checked my preferences, CapsLock is off, but my brush tool is still showing as a cross hair instead of the circle that I MUCH prefer! If I hold down esc, tab, capslock, or shift, I can see my circle brush temporarily.Help!? Thanks.

I was using casually the beta version and froze and i ended the app in the task manager

a few layers on the bottom, below the smart object that I brought into edit mode for a moment, had disappeared from the layers palette after I saved the edit and returned to the full-screen mode. it's about 3 or 4 pixel layers, although they still show up in the file. i'm saving the file as a new version, then restart PS and see if the layers are still in the PSD file (the newly and the original files) PS beta v24.6 m2181 on a Macbook Pro M1 Pro silicon

When I go to click on the edit , I can not get down to the replace background, only could look at the colors.

I have more than 10GB free on my ram plus 500GB free on my local disk and it doesn´t let me work on it. 

Hi, I wonder if it would be possible after having selected the subject and through a prompt to generate a different version of the subject. Thanks

Hi Adobe Suppprt & Community.  I'm wanting to try the latest generative funciation from the Photoshop (Beta) v24.6. I'm having issue where I have been checking for update it does not give me the latest photoshop (beta) 24.6. I'm currently stuck at v24.5 and the creative cloud says it is up to date. Is this becasue the newest beta is only available in the US, or is there another way to get the latest version? ThanksS

The Beta option in Creative is missing. Itr was there and now it is completely gone. Please help if anyone knows anything. Thank you in advance

When upgrading to the Beta version, my photoshop actions disappeared. When trying to search for them in the 'Load Actions' dialogue the search function did not return any results for any criteria even those that appeared in the dialogue before I added search criteria. It appears as if the search function is not connected to Spotlight as it never returns any results even for a single letter criteria. I had to do a physical search in finder and directly navigate using the path I found with finder. 

Really excited for Firefly and I've been following some how-tos (but maybe not the right one yet). I'm following Adobe's instructional page but I cannot for the life of me find a generative text input box after making a selection. I'm uploading a few jpg files of my own to play with but when I make a selection these are the only options I get (see attached). Am I missing something?  (latest MacOS (whichever beach it is IDK) Mac Studio box) Sorry if this isnt the correct topic category, I couldnt find any other Firefly conversations. Mods, please move if appropriate. thanks all!  

Right now the only people who have access to the new Genrative AI feature in the beta are people paying for the all apps $54.99/month plan - so those of us that have a photography plan, or a Photoshop only plan can use the beta version, but the Generative AI tool is blocked. (inappropriate language removed)

Hi, I wanted to ask this question.  So I saw a tutorial of feature they have where the spot healing tool, etc is but the photoshop 2023 (the logo/icon of the black box with blue color "Ps")  doesn't have a remove tool option and in the beta (the one with the logo/icon of the white box with light blue "Ps") does.  I download it and I saw it has many features the photoshop 2023 has.  For those who is an expert in Adobe products for years and kind of have an idea, can I replace it with beta?  In other words, can I delete the original 2023 or at least ignore it and use the beta one as a replacements for my learning (lol I'm considering learning instead of doing my projects as I'm still new and not doing it for jobs until I know lol) photos to edit or is there something one program has that the other one doesn't?  I also realized that when I have beta open and try to open the 2023 it doesn't open.Thanks

I can´t get accesss to generative fill in Photoshop beta. The "folder" with early access is empty

ı download photoshop beto version for use generative fill. when ı select object genarative bar not seen. Any button on there for promt and generative fill. windows 10 is my labtop. Can you help me ?
