I'm LOVING the remove tool! Generative fill doesn't always remove an object so this is awesome! What's not so awesome is it keeps crashing 😞 I used the remove tool multiple times in the same document and after around the 5 edit, it freezes and crashes. I had it set to "never use generative AI" for each edit so it would remove certain objects. 

, I'll get the error:"The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again" a few times and sometimes the results appeared after 5mins or more. Any idea what's the cause here or solution? -Internet is running fine-Had tried reinstall/upgrade/downgrade PS but not much difference-Allowed firewall access for PS

After installing Photoshop version 26.1, Photoshop beta disappeared.

Hello. I am on a Mac and logged into Creative Cloud. I am on the latest version of Photoshop Beta 25.0 and it says that I am running the most recent version.In Photoshop Beta, "Time to update!" brown alert box won't go away even though I have most recent verson installed. When trying to work in Photoshop Beta, I can't access the dialog boxes along the top of the right side as this update box is covering them up. There is no "X" to close the alert and going to the included link does not close this alert either. I have tried restarting cloud and the app, as well.Here is the message:"Time to update! It has been five weeks since this Prerelease build was released. Please install the latest build via Creative Cloud to stay up-to-date with features and fixes. See Prerelease Announcements Online"Thank you in advance for any help. 

Buenas noches, he realizado la actualización de photoshop Beta 26.3 y en Ajustes de Filtro Neural Filters no me deja realizar la acción, es decir por ejemplo le doi para armonizar y no salen los ajustes debajo para suavizar o selecionar la capa que quiero. Adjunto muestra de captura de pantalla, podeís decirme si es un fallo o es que se ha cambiado la forma de realizarlo. Gracias. Saludos

Noticed in this beta version the selection frame does not go away after hitting enter/return. 

I can't download Photoshop Beta when I click on the download link this message appears and every time I try and every time the same message appears please help ( This page isn't available right now. Try visiting this page again later.) 

Camera Raw Filter (15.4) on PS Beta (24.7.0) often hangs with a small Progress window at launch (with a progress bar stuck at random position), before touching any of the settings. As the Cancel button and everything else becomes unresponsive, there is no other choice but to force kill PS and lose whatever you did since last save. I don't think the Progress window is supposed to appear until you are done with Camera Raw Filter settings and click OK on the Camera Raw window. That's what usually happens, and that's when everything is working nice and smooth. For some reason, sometimes, seeminly randomly, the Progress window appears at the launch of Camera Raw, right after you have selected Camera Raw Filter from the Filter menu, and that's when it's game over.Does not occur in Windows. Update: seems to occur way less often with later versions, but still happens every now and then, seemingly randomly.

I have had a legal purchased from Adobe version of Photoshop for years. I cannot find the registration number anywhere and I've looked extensively everywhere. Can somebody please tell me where the registration number is to be found? I find it absolutely ridiculous that I have to expend the amount of time that I do for something as simple and basic as this.  Any help would be appreciated thank you.

My Photoshop beta app's generative fill option is greyed out. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the newer version of the app but it still doesn't work.

The background replacement option through generative fill is a farce in your system if its been blocked because of your guidelines. I do not understand, why you place AI bots wherein human intervention is required. Portraits are been blocked if we try to change the background. What  nonsense is this!!!!!

The Select Reference feature in Generative Fill is very useful, I used it a lot in Photoshop (Beta).  But today after I updating it to 26.1, the feature is gone. Is there any method to turn it on, or which version should I downgrade to get it back? (cannot find the beta version on CC version list anymore) Before:After:

After selecting the Healing Brush tool, I click on the source I want to use by clicking with the Alt key on the source.  When I try to paint it moves the entire selection of the source I clicked on.

 Hola, este problema ya lo habia notado en esta semana, hoy reinstale PSD y sigue sucediendo. OJO, no pasa siempre y a veces varian los documentos disponibles. Quiero duplicar un grupo en otro documento de PSD pero no me aparece la opcion, como si no estuviera abierto.   

Mon générateur AI ne s'affiche plus, du jour au lendemain. J'ai effectué la nouvelle mise à jour, j'ai relancé mon macbook, j'ai désinstallé et réinstallé l'application photoshop béta. De plus j'ai également essayé de me déconnecter de mon compte adobe creative et de me reconnecter, sans succés ... 

As of the 8th of August 2024 the PixelSquid plugin is not functioning properly. I can place an object, scale it, add or remove the shadow but I can no longer rotate it.

I downloaded a substabce texture from [link removed] renamed the zip containing the sbsasm and xml to sbsar and opened in the the parametric filter. it loads but instant quit photoshop when loading. I suspect this could lead to some creepy buffer overflower error that might be used eventually to some kind of viral attack ( not sure ) . But anyway it's better to fix this behaviour so people would forge false sbsar file to kill or worse photoshop By the way if someone knows how to go from the zip containing the sbsam and xml to a valid sbsar i am interested 😉

I can't uninstall Photoshop Beta. There is no "uninstall" option under the three dots.

When I'm trying to use the AI generator in photoshop, 40% of the time shows me the error message as shown in the picture below. Please get this fixed or can you give me an approximate time when the AI will not make any issues.

Help, I'm stymied.  I'm using PS Beta.  I made a copy of a layer CTRL+J at 100% opacity yet it shows as if it is a low opacity layer over a blank transparent layer, i.e. showing a diamond grid.  If I flatten it the "artifacts" disappear.  If I put a black layer under it the "artifacts" disappear which is a bit nuts since the top layer is 100% opaque.   Any ideas why & how to combat / correct this glitch?If you zoom the screenshot you can see the pattern and the other with the black layer underneath with no pattern.Thanks

I'm at the end of my rope with generative fill. Half the time (easily) that I use generative fill I get denied because I "violated guidelines." This is for filling in a petal on a flower. This is for filling in a space of a picture with a bunch of pumpkins. Etc. etc. etc. I don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong or why I'm being denied but it's really freaking frustrating. Can somebody help me figure out why? Content fill is not doing the trick.

hello 🙂 Just have a quick question about the privacy when using generative AI on my photos As they are photos of children under 16 I want to make sure adobe cannot use any of my photographs in any circumstances. Can anyone let me know if our photos are protected for non usage?

Opened Photoshop 2025 beta and none of my actions or presets loaded. I can not find the old ones either the previous photoshop version is no longer in my program files. Is it that difficult for a company as big and popular as Adobe to ensure that previous versions of their software stay on the computer when a beta is installed? And if not then why not intigrate the previous custom settings and actions be preserved and loaded into the beta version? What a pain this is to have to find and load all of my custom actions into each beta version and also not to have access to the previous version while trying the beta version.   [abuse removed by moderator]

8/17/23 Photoshop Beta Leaving Strange Lines over document. See attached image. I simply scanned image into PS Beta and deleted background and saved. This is what happened. Known glitch? Thanks!
