Adobe it would be much better if you had qualified telephone call handlers ( not people who would just take calls) but front line developersd who could take turns to sit on phones and do that old fashion thing .... TALK to your users . I'm of an age (67) and complicated by autism where a written book type instruction is required in a manor that a stupid child could follow, not full of technical terms. You have to remember that some of us have not grown up with computers, other have not got a clue but are desperate to learn. As i have said to one of your techies at the NEC Show at Birmingham UK you need to have at least 3 levels of instructions, all so clearly labeled its easy to find( gripe no 2 your webites are so confusing as you have so many for so many products its pointless at times asking) Level 1, basic, asuming that even cut and paste for example is a complicated move,  because remember to one who does not know it will be . Even the simpliest of things needs to be taught.

 The generation gave an interesting result. The selected shape: butterfly gave a butterfly with a transparent larger butterfly underneath. Looks funky...

I notice that when I am painting or adding colour the brush seems to lag or not put down colour.The setting is normal and the flow is near ranges between 70 - 90%. 

I've established very productive shortcut keys but over recent versions, including all Betas, I've noticed where my shortcut keystroke doesn't "stick" and I have to do it twice or really hammer it to make it jump to the next tool. Sort of defeats the purpose. This is driving me crazy. I have a high caliber Dell PC so have ruled out the issue deriving from the OS generally. Any suggestions? Thank you

Ai generative Fill Giving wrong Samples not Matching Proper with Latest 27-mar-2024 Update  

I have the latest PS (v25.7) and loaded the beta (v25.9). PS runs fine, but the beta won't start. During the splash screen, I get an exception that terminates the program. Now available in the April 2024 release of Photoshop (beta) on desktop 25.9 is Generate Similar.   Generate Similar allows you to use a generated variation as a reference image and produce more results with similar content.  This enhances the accuracy and relevancy of your generated outputs and empowers you to generate many similar variations until you land on one you like.   Follow these steps to use Generate Similar:  After using Generative Fill, Generative Expand, Generate Background or Text to Image (labeled "Generate Image"), select your preferred variation  Then select the "Generate Similar" option in the menu in the contextual task bar or in the variations within the property panel Three new variations will generate, and you can repeate and iterate similar variations until you find your desired outcome   .       Thank you for taking the time to evaluate this feature and provide any feedback as we improve it!

How to set Photoshop: After opening a picture, 100%will be displayed automatically?

Clear difference since most recent update very difficult to work with with the newest version ( OSX ventura 13,5 128GB RAM / mac Studio / 250+ Mbit/s up and down ) 

I have the Mac Pro M1 max, maxed out and I'm sorry to say that half of this semester has been hell on me as the four Adobe apps I was using for classes kept glitching on me and kept getting the spinning wheel that never went away.  I'd end up having to hard restart my new computer.  This only got worse to the point that it was happening every 5 to 10 min in any program that I was in.  Every time I was sending in the info.  And screenshotting what my system analysis monitor was reading at the time of the failure.  Just in case they tried to say it was my computer.   After about 20 times it started telling me that they didn't have a fix at this time and sorry for the inconvenience. The recovered files were scattered all over and sometimes when I opened them once I found them they would not be saved to the point I was at on the project or the whole design would be messed up and lines were steps. It also started changing when I'd click on a project to op

what does the error message content credentials couldn't be saved.... when i use save as to save a jpg file of a composite image?   

I was having an issue where any time I tried opening an Adobe software (didn't matter which one) it would immediately crash and bug out my whole computer. Any action I took on the computer was immediately canceled. This included trying to go to the start menu or open the task manager. The only way to reset was to power off the computer. It seems this problem is due to Photoshop Beta being installed on my computer. Once I uninstalled it, everything went back to normal. I never was trying to open Photoshop Beta at any point so it seems that just having it installed is enough to send Creative Cloud into a spiral. Hope this helps

I used to be able to find Photomerge under the Edit menu. It would enable me to browse to other images to create a panoramic photo. Thanks!

It was there, i use often wide lenses so I fix the curvature with distortion tool which leaves the image bent inwards. Have to crop into it - the function 'constrain to image' when camera raw would automatically crop the image. Where is that function now? Was there, not there anymore. Again some version update cleaning up good functions or... what am I missing (except that function lol)MacOS MontereyPhotoshop 25.8.0Camera Raw 16.2.1.1767

I downloaded Photoshop Beta to test text-to-image creation, and there is no "generate image" button next to the "Import Image" button. How do I access this functionality?

Hi everybody, As soon as I open up a new document the layer in the layers panel always has a lock icon on it, so my first move is to drag it to the + sign at the bottom of the layers panel to duplicate it.Since I updated to 25.8, the layer won't move at all. I get a pop up window telling me it's locked and to convert it to a normal layer, so I do, but I still can't drag it down to the + icon to duplicate it.HOWEVER, after I convert to a normal layer, when I try to drag it down to the + icon, it's actually moving down in the main document window, (but still frozen in the layers panel).I actually just now updated to 25.9. thinking it would fix the problem, bit it didin't   I'm on a MacBook ProApple M1 MaxSonoma 14.1 Please advise! Thanks, Gina

Where is the Photoshop Beta link? When clicking Get Started nothing happens... 

After receiving a prompt for the newest Beta and clicking through it without installing, it began installation anyway.  I cancelled the install before it was finished and now Photoshop doesn't show up as an external editor in Lightroom.  The option to enable Photoshop as an external editor is grayed out. **UpdateUninstalling Photoshop and re-installing fixed the issue.  Thanks Adobe, for wasting my time pushing your broken Beta on me.  My invoice is in the mail.

Generative fill from Photoshop Beta is stuck at full(100%) loading after I input. After 20 mins of waiting, still no output and I just stop the process. its not showing trnaform controls, it just shows free tranform in all options

Buen día,Desde la ultima actualización del Beta ocurre un bug con el texto cuando sobrepasa ciertos puntos de tamaño, se crea como una especie de borde alrededor del caracter que lo hace más grueso y deforma la anchura de la fuentePor ejemplo, es la misma tipografía (Montserrat) con el mismo estilo (regular), sin embargo al sobrepasar los 120 pts, el caracter se deforma y se ve más ancho de lo que debería, por lo que no puedo trabajar con el grosor que yo necesito.Sin embargo, esto solo ocurre algunas veces en cajas separadas de texto o dentro de un párrafo.Es el mismo tamaño y estilo de fuente, pero uno se deforma y el otro no.Y si bien podría trabajar en este caso con cajas de texto separadas, ya me ha pasado que no importa de que tamaño ponga el texto, este se deforma, y sale así en las impresiones.
