Después experimenté varias búsquedas empezando en el explorador por la ubicación del programa; después en program files y finalmente en todo C. Utilicé como búsqueda todo jpg, todo tiff, etc. Y Finalmente en C: , lo mismo. Aparecieron muchísimas , pero sobre todo debido a una aplicación que ví tenía las miniaturas y que me servía para verlas a través de una Smart TV. (Había consultado a LG, creadores de la aplicación, y me negaron que fuera posible). Pero lo fue. O sea que ánimo. Puede ser. Tu capacidad deductiva te ayudará. Ya lo está haciendo tal como has planteado la pregunta.
Have you deleted the original image? If so it's gone, but check the trash, if you haven't emptied it, it will be recoverable by dragging the image out of the trash.
Thank you for your answer. The hard drive where the original image is located has been forcefully formatted and repeatedly written to 0, confirming that it cannot be restored. However, the preview image can now be seen in PS, and I am not sure if it has been cached in a certain folder
