Color Picker window will not update to the newest selected color when using the eyedropper.

Ever since I updated to the newest Photoshop, the color picker window has not worked. Every time I use the eyedropper tool it updates the color for the brush, but the window stays wherever it was before. So when I try to adjust the hue it messes up entirely. It's made painting really annoying with like two extra steps to do something that would take me one click before. Anyone else have this issue?

I tried uninstalling and re-installing, tried updating my drivers, doesn't seem to fix any of it.
