Como registrar um novo numero serial fornecido pela Adobe?

Em 2008 comprei a Adobe Creative suite 3, design Premium, e agora preciso reativá-la. Já obtive o novo número serial, desinstalei o programa antigo, baixei os arquivos recomendados e reinstalei, mas não sei como reativar pois da erro de conexão.

    Delete the cache.db file as explained in this adobe kb:

    The cs3 you downloaded is a non activation version.

    No need to register cs3 either.

    Are you seeing the Activation Screen or Registration Screen?

    Could you post a screenshot of what your seeing?

    What operating system are you using?

    Activation Screen

    Windows 10, but Phothoshop was working perfectly, until activation screen appeared. We got a new serial number and followed the 4 steps to reinstall the Creative Suite apps, but the problem remains and we do not know what to do.
