I have to add my own color-card from CD-Rom, it is Pantone-TPX for textile. How can I do that?

I have to add my own color-card from CD-Rom, it is Pantone-TPX for textile. How can I do that?

I want to work with these colors with the colorpicker and put them into my artwork.

In my old PSD-Version it does work, but now in PS-CC I do not find the way to

change the color-settings into my own Pantone-TPX-CD-ROM color-catalogue.
