/Library/Application Support/Adobe folder

When I look at the Adobe Library folder (/Library/Application Support/Adobe) it is filled with sub-folders (see screenshot) dating back to 2017.   Since this folder has now grown to over 11GB, I would like to delete any old an unused fles/folders.   How can I proceed without causing problems for active apps?

OS is Sequoia 15.0.1
