No puedo usar la función de "seleccionar objeto"

A alguien le pasa que se crashea el Photoshop al intentar seleccionar objeto? es más, en cuanto le doy clic a ese botón en el panel de herramientas, el programase traba, ayúdenme por favor, si a alguien le pasó, cómo lo solucionó?

@Hugh770305what is the select subject and remove background image processing set to in the preferencesIf it's set to device, try changing it to cloud, if it's set to cloud try setting it to device, you'll need to restart Photoshop
