Open New File does not work

Version 27.1.0 Windows 11

Still in my free trial mode. 2 more days.

1. Select File

2. Select New

3. Partial new doument dialog box opens. Most of it blacked out. Will not work.

Frustrated. YouTube short says utilize legacy new document interface. I perfer to have this simple option working properly. That may cause problems later. Just guessing. Have not seen this issue on community board.

Yes, I will try. Computer is only days old. Installed drivers should not have to be updated. Correct?

I will, thank you. But changing these files will not have any effect on my subscription. Right? It seems that Adobe should fix this issue themselves. Have not done any file changes before. It does not affect the original adobe download of photoshop?
