Ich bekomme, wenn ich Photoshop öffnen will (habe ein Abo) die Meldung: Deine Adobe-Seriennummer ist abgelaufen oder ungültig. Mein Abo ist bezahlt. Ich habe irgendwo gelesen, dass die Mindestanforderung ans System 10.15 ist - ich habe Sierra 10.12.8 und bin auf dem neuesten Stand. Was kann ich tun?

      Does nobody have an idea what the problem is? I'm paying for a subcription, and cannot use the program - very frustrating...

      Is there no one I can ask directly at Adobe? A phone number, an email address...

        Do you have...

        1.  an older version of Photoshop which you paid for outright with a serial number, or
        2.  a current subscription to the Creative Cloud version of Photoshop?
