Photoshop doesn't work for me - photos won't open at all

version 25.4 doesn't work at all! I installed the latest update, and I also have the latest version of Mac OS installed. Photoshop stopped working COMPLETELY. Restarting the program, restarting the computer, reinstalling Photoshop again - nothing helped. Help me decide please
