Remove Tool issues.
I am on Photoshop Version 24.7.0, and using a MacBook Pro, Version, Ventura 13.5
When I use the Remove Tool, and select an object to remove, it fills that area with either solid black, or Black and Brown, with large digital pixels. I also notice when I select an object to remove, and the processing starts that it locks up, and after about 15 seconds, gives me those black, or black and brown areas. It does NOT replace the object as it is suppose to do.
Now, with that said, I found a link that says to change the Remove Tool Processing to "slower, more stable" in "Image Processing under Preferences, and then reboot. That works to fix the issue, but it does indeed make the processing much slower.
My question is, why is it doing this??
