Upgraded my motherboard and can't activate Photoshop CS6

I recently upgraded my motherboard and now I can’t use my copy of Photoshop CS6 because it says my serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers.

Those computers no longer exist, so I have no way to deactivate the licences on them.

I tried to deactivate devices in my account settings, but that didn’t help.

Is there any other way to deactivate the old installs?

Thanks

@Faulkin if you can’t deactivate it, you’re out of luck I’m afraid, Adobe no longer reset activation counts

Restore the old working hardware, deactivate CS6, and then do your upgrade. Or realize that CS6 is old and unsupported and move to either a subscription or to something else. Affinity is now free, for example.

If the licence server is still running, then it’s clearly still supported. This is just a deliberate tactic to push everyone onto subscription.

Supported can mean various things, in this case, Adobe isn’t selling the product, providing technical support, or resetting activations.

Thanks. Ah well, probably a good time to move on to Krita and say goodbye to Adobe forever.
