weird/strange RGB colours around edge of artboard...

Dear all,

 

I'm having some issues with strange blurry RGB spectrum lines appearing around the edge/edges of artboard on certain views. it dissapears when zoom in and out but always comes back on. it happens whatever the artboard size too, is it a bug? or is there something in my preferences? 

 

its been happening a while now, prob about a month or so ago, using PS 2024 / PS BETA is the same...

 

I have attached screenshots to show, hope you can figure it out and its a quick fix as it is annoying to look at and distracts from main artwork.  27inch imac retina screen, why would it show this?
