what is best online photoshop that is like CS5 but with new image capture/

I have a new laptop and would like to have an online photoshop subscription. I have worked with CS5 for years but want new features like easy image capture. I am not a professional but make a lot of posters and calendars. Please suggest the program I should use.

There is no online Photoshop. Photoshop is available as an app to install on your computer, just like CS5. Subscription from $10 per month (commitment for each year).

    Though there is a version available for iOS now …

    I suspect if you want to use Adobe software the decision would have to be between Photoshop (strictly cloud license) and Photoshop Elements (perpetual license). 

    But you could also look into freeware alternatives (like Gimp) or other, non-free alternatives (like Affinity Photo). 

     

    I would recommend availing yourself of the free 7-day-trial (at least I think it’s seven days now) of the Adobe applications to see if they meet your needs.
