When I open an image in photoshop, why does my photo have the Red, Yellow, Green icons on top of each photo? Also, as I open PS, it opens in oversize sometimes, not showing both left & right ends of frame.

When I open an image in photoshop, why does my photo have the Red, Yellow, Green icons on top of each photo? Also, as I open PS, it opens in oversize sometimes, not showing both left & right ends of frame.

    The icons outlined in orange in my screen shot? Your window is floating. Choose Window > Application Frame.

    To see the entire image, double click the Hand tool (or tap Cmd 0 or View > Fit on Screen)

    Could you please post a screenshot with the pertinent Panels (Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?
