Yesterday I had Photoshop without any problems, now "my PC is not compatible."

Question

So, I've always used Photoshop and all Adobe apps until yesterday when I had to format my PC. Now, when I try to reinstall the apps, it says my PC isn't compatible.

I'm running Windows 10 without any available updates, with 16GB of RAM, and an RX 580 graphics card. (I'm providing the information, but the truth is, I've always had these specifications and Adobe has worked fine for me.)

@Marko37962979maa9 can you post a screenshot of the exact error message you're getting, are you installing the apps via the Creative Cloud app
