Elements 13: downloading new pics from camera then elements stops half way through download and windows closes programme. Any Ideas? Thanks in anticipation

Please provide some details,

1. On which OS you are working.
2. On half way it closes, could you provide the screenshot of last image it was downloading where it closes or a video showing the issue.
3. Provide crash logs
4. If you are windows, have you invoke APD without launching EO (via Windows Autoplay) and imported media?
