Hi  I have MAC OSX 10.10 running PSE 9.   I want to upgrade to OSX 10.12 (sierra), will PSE 9 work with OSX 10.12 ?  Any  advice  appreciated, thanks in anticipation !

Hi Everyone, hope someone can helpI do artwork and I wanted to put some of my pictures on a mockup livingroom wall type.I bought a mockup on sale that was created for PSEIt installed great and easy....here is the problemWhen I drag my picture into the mockup, it places it where it should be but I can't resize my picture.I can resize it when it is not on the mockup, but when I put it on the mockup, it goes to big again and I mean TO BIG.Can someone tell me, is there something I need to do, turn on or off, save picture in a different format than jpg?..... I am lost, never used a mockup before. I wish I could make my own and not have to worry about it. But I never tried to find the components to do so. Not sure I could make it all look somewhat real.TIABlessingsJudiPS I am going to try and attach the file here so if anyone wants to play around and try to figure it out.It will be my luck that anyone trying it, all will be ok.

adobe won't connect to the internet is it because I'm using elements 11 or is it because of a firewall #465&587 if its the fire wall how do I get it removed

how can I compress a photoshop pdf file so that when I email it to someone it's not so big?

Hi I have a serial number for photoshop 2019 but I dont know to which Abde ID this is connected? I did not found a download link for the 2019 version, only the 2020 and 2021. 

Duplicate photos attach to my emails.  How to stop that. 

Hi folks, I posted a request on here a few weeks ago, I was looking to find a 2019 version of Photoshop Elements, turns out I could run 2020 in the end, and was given some help from @7155956 and ProDesignTools.cheers guys. >>HERE<< So having been given a link to a 2020 Trial, Installed 2020 trial version to my machine, all great, works a treat. Then decided to purchase a license and got a download for 2021. Contacted Adobe sales support, explained I could not run 2021 due to the age of my operating system High Sierra 10:13:6, and they refunded me my licencse fee, asked them where I could get a licence for my 2020 trial version and was told I could gain a licence from one of their resellers, they linked their portal and Ive contacted every UK based on one there, not one can help me, so I'm back to square one again, I have a trial version, it works fine, all I need to do is pay a licence fee unlock it. I've spent allot of hours and effort to solve this and I'm

When I try to download photos on memory card to my MacBook Pro, I get the error message that the files are not supported. I read about some users having trouble when they shoot RAW + JPEG. Some photos on that card are in that dual format, others are not.  I took a card from another camera that had some photos in Raw and others in must JPEG.,and also got the message that files not supported. At one time, however, I was able to download even the Raw photos on thsy card. Also in trying to get my pictures off memory card, I installed Adobe Camera Raw 11.2 and Camera Raw 11.4.1 for my Nikon D7500.I still can't download the photos. How do I uninstall Adobe Camers Raw?  

If I switch over to a Mac from Windows, do I have to buy Elements 21 for Mac or can install the verson I have?

Hello. I don't want to buy a new computer.What is the last version of Photoshop Elements for a mid-2011 (64-bit) iMac i7 with El Capitan.I can't upgrade the OS any further because of other old software I need to use.

I’m running PSE 2021 on Windows 10. The Organizer crashes within 10 seconds or so, every time I start the application. I’ve seen various suggestions on this forum about how to deal with this issue, and I’ve tried all the ones I’ve seen without success. Most recently, I created a new catalog and adjusted the Files and Media Analysis preferences (unchecking the options as advised). The good news is Organizer didn’t crash with the new catalog. The bad news is when I switched back to my normal catalog, Organizer crashed again within a few seconds. I’m now up to 21K photos in my organizer catalog. You may wonder how I was able to import 21K images when the Organizer crashes so soon after starting up. After much experimenting, I discovered a few weeks ago, that the way I can get Organizer to “stay up” is to simply not respond to the “Crash Report” dialog box at all.  If I click on the “Send” or “Don’t Send” buttons (either with or without commenting), Organizer simply crashes right

PSE 2020 - Is it possible to apply the same effect ( Eg NR ) to a multiple sequence of images?

So I just installed Adobe Elements 2021 on a brand new Windows 10 Pro (20H2) with 128GB of free memory and 32 core / 64 logical core threadripper cpu.  When I shutdown my machine "Elements Auto Creations 2021.exe" crashes trying to dereference a null memory address every.single.time.  It puts up a dialog noting the memory corruption and halts the machine shutdown. I have no other 3rd party software on this machine and I am not actively running Adobe Elements.  I imagine it's a background process that always runs when Elements is installed. I'm surpriseed this product shipped in its current state.  It shouldn't crash 100% of the time when I shutdown my machine on a clean, fully patched Windows machine, with ample CPU and RAM resources.  

How can i cancel my order ? its just that i am not using it too much

Hello, I have Adobe Photoshop Elemtns 2021 and have never been able to get pen pressure working for my Wacom tablet. I have been searching for a solution, and followed a guide to add a .txt file to "C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Adobe Photoshop 2021 Settings" called "PSUserConfig.txt" Except I cannot find the final folder in the destination. I have "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" enabled. I even tried typing it in manually, but only got an error message, attached below.Note from Moderator: Post moved to Photoshop Elements forum Any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel I am so close to solving my pen pressure issue, and yet so far.

I spent already 5 or 6 hours to chat with several Adobe consultants (French and English) for a recurrent problem I have with PS Elements 2021. I work on Windows 10. After editing some tens of images, the system stops and does not want to launch anymore. I have to uninstall and reinstall it. It’s take about half an hour. It’s boring. I give up... I cannot spend every day one hour with a consultant. I'll go uninstalling and reinstalling PS Elements, but it's not a solution. I never had this problem with the anterior version. 

I have PS Elements 21 which has developed  several glitches/ problems that I have been unable to fix.  I  want to replace it to see if I can fix the glitches Can I replace it by uninstalling  the original PS21 corrupted software and downloading a new replacement? ( using the original password key to register the new downloaded program.Thanks for your help

costant failer to update     version 13 update 13-1  dowland but hangs and fails on 13%  download raw update as advised br help center but did not fix problem  using win 10 pro     plenty of space and ram   not an issue  any help orfree up grade may be required  your mark

I"ve just moved my photos and the associated catalogs into a new computer.I now have many duplicate photos in the photoshop elements organizer on my new computer.How do I gather the duplicates into a single image? Without loosing any of the information (either names, dates or other metadata)?

I have dual 43in monitor and noticed that when Elements Organizer is loaded on the 2nd screen (non-primary screen) then the UI glitches out in the following way.  Note that I suspect this issue occurs for any dual monitor setup regardless of its screen size. Trying to click on the menu bar item (e.g. File, Edit, Find, etc) results in no action.  The menu bar becomes inaccessible until it's dragged back on to the primary screen in a dual screen setup.Trying to drag the window to move it causes the elements to switch between full screen and window.  Preventing me from moving the window.If you do manage to grab the window and you try to drag it to the primary screen (in dual scren setup), it creates 2 duplicate instance of Elements organizer. One in the primary and a second one in the seconary monitor.   This is comically bad.  Please test and fix this...

Since reinstalling Windows 10 I have lost all the different file names in organizer but their contents are all still in the catalogue. I now need to create folders and move pictures into the newly created folders. Could anyone please tell me how to create new folders and how to enter the correct photos?
