When I work in Photoshop Elements 2021 Editor, no matter what, my PC keeps crashing. I have already installed the latest Windows updates (Win 10 V 20H2) and PSE 3 times from DVD. Does anyone else have this problem? I am desperate. Sorry my english. Greetings from Angelika, Germany

I have some pictures that turn up us grey thumbnails and can not be managed in Organizer. Though, the same grey thumbnails can be opened and managed in Editor but when returned to Organizer they turn back to "grey and dead".I have MacBook Pro with Big Sur and PSE 2021.-How to solve this??

I recently upgraded my computer and want to transfer my Organizer and PE 2020 infomation over to the new one without loosing any of the infomation.  Is possible?  Are there any special procedures for doing this transfer?  

Yesterday I downloaded a trial copy of elements 2021.  I ran it for hours deleting about 500 out of 12,500 pictures.  Now it won't start up.  I get an error message that the file mkl_core.dl "is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error" I am thinking of unloading elements 2021 and then redownloading it.  Any other suggestions.

Photoshop Elements 2021 zeigt bei mir keine sofortige Reaktion beim Verschieben der Regler, z.B.Helligkeitsregler, an Wenn ich den Regler verschiebe erfolgt die Bildänderung erst nach dem Loslassender Maustaste. Habe jetzt Elements 2019 installiert und dort erfolgt die Bildänderung wie gewohnt während des regelns. Habe auch schon andere Mäuse getestet.Meine Konfiguration: WIN 10 Neu und aktuell, Ryzen 5600.Kennt jemand das Problem?

I will be puchasing Elemets 2021 soon but I would like to continue use Bridge (came with Elements 5).I use Lightroom 5 for most of my editing and use Elements mostly for Layers. Can I exclude installing the Organizer on the 2021 Elements?

Scanning photos into my Organizer (Elements 2020) from my printer/scanner (HP) no longer works.  The software totally freezes up.  Having no trouble with the scanner in any other programs.  Any ideas why this suddenly does not work?  I can still print from Elements to my printer/scanner.

The Category Categories (VIEW, SELECT, ENHANCE, DRAW, MODIFY, & COLOR) above the various grouped tools in the Tool Bar do not show.How can I reduce the scaling of PSE2020 on my Windows10 laptop? I believe this is a resolution or scaling issue with this application.

When I try to open Elements on my Mac, I am taken to the Home screen. When I click on Photo Editor, I am asked to sign in (something I never had to after initial setup a year ago). Using my email and the same password that got me to the Community, I am asked to sign in again. Ad infinitum. What do I have to do to  get access to my program?

Hi there- like the title says, Save for Web is returning a persistent error for me (screenshot below.)I'm afraid the OSX console doesn't seem to offer many clues, so are there are any common troubleshooting steps I should take?  Thanks in advance.

I have PSE 2020 running on my Dell desktop.  It is installed and running on 'C' Drive which is an SSD but that is getting full so I want to move PSE onto my 'D' drive (on the same computer) which is a HDD and has much more storage space.  How do I do this?

WEBP pictures are increasingly used by companies all over the world. So I need to be able to open these in PSE. My PSE-2020 can't handle webp, so I have to use free Gimp or free Irfanview to transform these wbp's to jpeg or png before I can start in PSE. That's a crazy situation to use free software to be able to process them in paid software. My question: please expand PSE to handle webp and/or: is PSE 2021 able to handle webp pictures ?If yes: I will buy PSE 2021 today.If not: Adobe missed an opportunity

I recently started using a 4K screen. Now when I open PSE all the fonts on my menue screen are extreamly small, however when I click on the menue it opens to a normal easy to read size. how can I change the fonts in my layout box.

Unfortunately I have problems starting the photo editor 2021 from Photoshop Elements 2021. It has worked before, but not anymore, not even after several reboots of the PC. Booting from Organizer 2021 also doesn't work. Premiere 2021 starts well.I have the latest versions 2021 (Organizer 19.0). Who knows a answer?

How do I straighten a pho to in Photoshop.  Never had trouble with any other app.

I was just wondering if anyone could give me an update on the status of the Save to Cloud preview feature in Photoshop Elements 2021? I've seen it mentioned a few times on the web and in training videos, but there doesn't seem to be any mention of it on the Adobe website, except fot this stand-alone Help article: Save to Cloud  I understand that recent Windows updates may have made this feature unavailable on some machines - is there a workaround for this, or are Adobe working on a fix? I've also seen a couple of different storage limits mentioned for this feature, 2GB and 20GB. Anyone know which one is correct? And I guess generally I'm asking because I'm running Windows 10 20H2, logged into my CC account and don't have that feature in Photoshop Elements 2021 - and don't want to waste my time trying to find a solution if there isn't one 🙂 Thanks!

New user of Z6, and confused.  Stills I take on the camera are 6048 x 2024.  When, on a Mac, I drag the photo into PE2020, and take a look at the image size, it's 1087x723.  I don't want to loose the resolution as I'm doing cropping.  Where is the resolution going to?  It does the same thing whether I drag the still from Photos or do Select All | Copy and then New from Clipboard in PE.  Is there a setting I need to change?  Or one that got changed?  Thanks, Paul

I have PSE 13 and use it to organize my photos, as well as edit them. I like to tag my photos with the "Place Tag" and have used it with no problem in the past. I went to tag some new photos and when I clicked on "Place Tag" and tried to add a new location the google map window opened, but no map ever appears. The window just remains blank. Here is a screen shot of what I have:How do I get the map to appear?

I upgraded to the latest release last month and went to use the Contact Sheet II, only to get an error message saying there was a program error, which was then followsed by a further message stating an unonown operating system error. The Contact Sheet worked fine before the upgrade. I am using a 2017 MacBook Pro, 3.1Ghz, 16 MGB of Ram, 1TB hard drive, running Catalina.  

Is there a way to save changes in Photoshop Elements (19) in a single step (Save changes>YES - finished) instead of in FOUR steps that I currently have (save changes on doc xxxxxxx >Save>Doc XXXXX already exists, etc...> OK). I remember that Photoshop asked only ONE question and as soon as you hit "YES" it was finished. Why all this four-step fuss?

Have been using PSE 2021 on my Mac since it was released and had no problems using one of my favorite plugins ... EyeCandy7.  Got the notice that an update to to PSE 2021.1 was available and let the PSE update to the new version.  For a while, no problems were noted.  Then got an alert that the EyeCandy plugins failed to load.  Upon launch, Exposure Software / EyeCandy was not showing under Filters.  Funny thing is that the EyeCandy plugins were still working on my copy of PSE 14, which I also keep on is computer.  Prior to contacting Exposure Software, I tried uninstalling the plugins and reinstalling.  No dice.  I was about to email Exposure Software, when I noticed that they had released an update to EyeCandy.  I installed the update and everything was working again ... until today.  Was doing some work in PSE and EyeCandy was working.  Quit PSE to do some other things.  Came back to launch it again and .... got that messag

I am having a problem with Organizer. Sorry if this is not the correct place to post this.I noticed that my hard drive had become almost full. On investigation I found that Organizer was taking up more than 90 Gb. It seems that, for some reason, Organizer was making auto collages.I have deleted all the saved collages but it is now starting to fill up again.What to do ?

I have a 2012 MacMini running High Sierra. I downloaded PSE 2019 from my pourchase history and instal;led it (PSE 2021 wont run on this system), but when I come to open it, I get a message that the app is damaged and needs tyo be downloaded and reinstalled. No matter what I do, still the same message.  The installation is directly off the Adobe web site.
