Photoshop Elements 2021 won't open GH6 RW2 files even though I've installed the latest Camera Raw

I installed Adobe Camera Raw version 15 and also version 13.1 in Windows 11 but my Panasonic GH6 RW2 files will still not open in Photoshop Elements 2021. What am I doing wrong?
