Transfering a license for PSE13 to a newly purchased computer

One question remains:

Since I purchased PSElements 13 and  PSPremiereElements 13 at the same time in 2014 via the web I do not have the execute files available. Please can you give me the web address to download both files again (I have kept both serial numbers in order to activate the programs).

I guess that there will be no problem installing Lightroom 5 on the new computer since I have bought LR5 on CD support and that I also have kept the serial number.

Deactivate on the old computer by Help > Sign Out or Help > Dectivate from the Editor menu.

If can't deactivate it on the old computer, you will need to use the chat option here and ask only to have your activations reset:

You can then install it and Help > Sign in or Help > Activate from the Editor menu.
