Just installed Premier Elements on my new HP laptop, which came with both "Intel UHD Graphics" and "Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 Ti with Max-Q Design" drivers installed.  In Premier, all previews display an image overlayed with a full screen of horizontal colored stripes.  (Final videos play OK outside of Premier.)  I know this must be a video driver / software issue, but that model of display driver is explicitly approved by Adobe to work with Premier.  I have tried installing the very latest driver from Nvidia -- both the latest "Studio" version and the very latest (27.21.14.5655, dated 9/24/20).  No change.  Tried turning on / off "Hardware accelerated GPU Scheduling" in Windows Display Settings.  No effect.   I even tried disabling the NVIDIA driver.  Still horizontal stripes.   Help, please!

Does anyone know how to eliminate audio latency that one hears on headphone during a recording session? Just to make sure you understand what I'm asking here is bit of elaboration:I'm using the Adobe Premiere Elements for video and audio production.I'm also using the Focusrite 2i2, 3rd generation audio interface device.During a recording session (e.g., using Narration under Tools) I'd like to hear what I'm recording and how I'm recording. However, when I listen via headphone [while recording] there is momentary delay or latency between when I say something and when I hear it. It's very distracting.I'd like to know if anyone has cracked the code on this and if you could share it?! Your feedback would be appreiciated.

How do I import blackmagic raw footage into premiere pro 2019?

Is there any way to change default size of the Preview window? It is too small and each time I use it I need to resize it which take some time.

Hi I've just made a fresh install of Premiere Elements 2020 and the loading stops in "importerQuickTime.prm"I have the feeling this is a classic issue but couldn't find something working for me.Is there any good and permanent solution for that issue? thanksCarlos

i'm making a small video that's only 2 minutes ling, but my timeline is 7 hours long. this is my first time ever using premiere, so i'm really confused. i looked for stray frames a couple dozen times, didn't find anything. help 😞

 I am trying to create a video with an on-screen countdown timer made up of a separate countdown video. In the editor, I get the effect I want, like below:  However, when I export the video, the timer gets cropped, like below. I tried experimenting with the size of the timer and the cropping settings, but it still gets cropped. Any suggestions?   

Is it possbile to export only part of the poject? For instance 1min from 10min project?  

Hi, I found that my Premiere Elements 13 doesn't start. Yes, it's old program but I used it from time to time and it's enough for my needs. I unistalled it and installed again but it doesn't help.I working at laptop with Windows 10 and Nvidia GeForce:GeForce GTX 860M driver 456.55Nvidia GeForce Experience, version 3.20.4.14. Any tips what's happen?

My goal is a videofilm-slide show in full hd in .m2t for max. quality; display on lcd full hd tv 1920x1080p via ext. HD > MediaPlayer.Problem is that horizontal lines (and details mainly) are very fibrating before, during and after a transition (eg. cross fade); after deleting transitions picture is more stable.My work-flow (in brief): RAW pictures > PSE 14 > 1920px*1080px > unsharp mask > save as PSD; PRE 14 > new project: Pal > AVCHD 1080p 50, or DSLR 1080p 25 > hardware acceleration disabled; pre-rendering slideshow; export & sharing  settings: computer > HD 1080 > m2t–h.264 > quality high.Please advise, and tell me what I did wrong. I have bought and downloaded both Photoshop Elements 2020 AND Premiere Elements 2020 and installed both on a brand new laptop Running Windows 10. All No problem with Photoshop Elements. However when I wanted to use Premiere Elements and imported a simple MOV file from my camera’s SD card, the play back screen was filled with green lines. Now, I have tested the same file on both Power Director Pro 18 - on the same computer, without any problems, and on VLC media player PLUS on Premiere Pro, also without any problems. So the file is not corrupted. Then I uninstalled Premiere Elements. Re-installed it, and ran the latest 18.1 update as well - and guess what: there where still green lines all over my play back window.Let me point out that the computer is brand new, running an Intel i7 processor and a Nvidia Geforce RTX2060 graphic card, all  updated with the latest drivers – as is Windows 10.However I can see that many other users has the same problem on your Adobe Forum - and most ar

Have shifted from Corel Videostudio to Premiere Elements - and what a change. Premiere Elements is powerful but still easy to use. I have one major issue though. All my footage are shot in 2.7K - but I cannot create a project above 1080. In fact there are no presets for neither 2.7K nor 4K. This is very suprising to me in the year 2020. Why is this not possible...!? I am also trying to export a still image from my 2.7K video, but cannot get an export above 1920x1080.

Hi, I've been having an issue which I wanted to ask if everyone else has had? I started with a clip of a certain length and wanted to stitch together 6 shorter still images to the same length of the first clip so I took the origonal clip length, divided its duration by six and then used the Time Stretch feature to try and adjust each of the 6 to this shorter duration. No matter how I calculated the duration they would not stitch together to the origonal duration. I then noticed that if i used the details given when hovering over the clip and subtracted the start time of the clip from the finish time gave a totaly different answer to what it displayed as the duration. Also when dragging it to make the clip longer or shorter the +/- time displayed jumped all over the place when panning. Has anyone else had these issues?

I purchased PE2018 almost a year ago and have been pretty satisfied with the capabilities for my hd video.  I have a bunch of older Hi8 analog video tapes from the 90s to mid 2000.  The camera shot video in 4:3.  I have had an Elgato video capture device for a little over a week.  The main issue I have with it or with the software for it is that the video capture size in the software is 640 x 480.  As long as I watch the captured video at that ratio the picture looks about what I expect from the camera.  If I try to watch the video at maximum screen size on my computer it loses quality.  I can't seem to find any information on the video camera's video output resolution.  Does anyone have a better equipment recommendation for video capture of old analog tapes?

I am using premier elements and I cannot hear audio from any of my clip. I even recorded audio and I still cannot hear any audio.[Moved from Photoshop Elements to Premiere Elements... Mod]

I have updated from Premiere Elements 15 to version 20. But in version 20, all videos in the Strips workspace will show Strips See screenshot. How do I get rid of them?

I've been experiencing problems with this product for a while.  Example: YouTube is unable to process the video.  The full video is not transferred.  The full video is transferred but there's missing audio, etc.   At this point in time, my main problem is getting a message after rending but before transfer that says it can't connect to my social accounts (or some similar wording) and I can try later.  This never works.   I am planning to try to save the video to an external hard drive and them upload to YT through YT itself unless anyone has an idea of why this is happening.  Would appreciate any feedback.  Thanks in adance.

PROBLEM:  We see no way to drill-down to the frame in a video that has been identified as a face by Organizer Elements face analysis. BACKGROUND: Identifying faces in photos in Organizer Elements is fairly straight forward, however, it is less so for videos.  We are assuning that Premiere Elements is likely analyzing each frame of a video in order to identify people, correct?  If so, how do we drill-down to the specific frame to enlarge it so we can positively identify the person.  If this is possible, can we also manually identify people who were not  identifyed by the automated face analysis (much like in photos)?

I do some hockey gopro videos and they last > 1hr long and I just got a stand alone mic.  Is there a way to attach the video and audio tracks to the voice tracks so cuts go all the way through all 3 so I dont have to manually click and cut the voice channel too?  

Hi,I have project in PE 15 on local C: drive and decided to continue editing it on the external backup  hard drive that has much bigger memory capacity. PREL file on the external drive correctly shows the new location of the project files.  However when I double click on the PREL file to open the project it starts running PE but hanging and does not retrieve anyting to the time line.I know I can open the project and make needed changes on the C: drive where it was initially developed, but C: drive is almost completely full... I hope there is a way to finish the project in a different location. Thanks. Lev.
