Questions

When I am working on a project and click on image size (for example) the menu that pops up is so small I have a hard time reading it.  is there a way to change the size of these pop up menu's.

On 09.12.2019 i postet my problem - "Premiere Elements 2020 - Weiche Blende" which is still unsolved.I get an personal massage in the forum that i should contact "Adobecare@oxxlook.com".In the last mail from the 06.01.20 they asked my about my serial number - after that the mail didnt reply...

I bought and have downloaded Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements 2020.But I cannot install the program for I do get an incomplete installationscreen!What have I to do?

Can I play a video with adobe premiere elements at green background? for example i would like to start a youtube channel for games. I want to see myself in a corner and the game in the background. Why does the movie I’m editing and playing stop playing when i go to type some personal notes in TextEdit on Mac? I’d rather have it keep playing while I make notes about it. If you know a way to watch the movie I'm editing while making notes about it in a different screen on my apple computer desktop, please share?Thanks,Lee

I have many versions Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements. Recently I bought the latest 2020 but not an upgrade. I bought full version as Amazon was doing a deal at Christmas. After installing Photoshop and typing code it seems to work well.With Elements I was not asked for code and I can launch programme although it crashes/freezes a lot. I have also noticed under help the updates is greyed out. Why?I have re installed Elements and it is still the same. Any ideas anyone.Ta

I just installed PE 2020 and I'm unable to see any photos that are in PSE 2020 organizer that are marked as hidden, I'm using win10.

I have Premiere Pro Elements 18 on a Windows 10 Machine.  Out of nowhere, videos will not play in the editor.  Even previous projects I have created.  I have no idea why it stopped working at all.  I am relatively new to Premiere Pro, so any help will be greatly appreciated!

I edited an entire project under the wrong project settings in Premiere Elements 2019. The project settings were for 1080 and the footage was 4K. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to move the project to the correct project settings without having to redo the entire project?

My Premier Elements 15 crashed everytime I tried to launch it at the: Loading ImporterQuickTime.prm. I used Windows 10 and Windows Defender for virus control, So I went to START>Settings/Update and Security/Windows Security/Virus and Threat Protection/Virus and threat protection settings/  Then turned off "Real-Time protection". Premier Elements then launched perfectly everytime. Obviously, I did not want to leave "Real-Time protection" off so I turned it back on and scrolled down "Controlled folder access>Managed controlled folder access>Block History  Then I looked at the log of blocked folder acesses found a list of App or Process blocked: PremierElementsEditor.exe (an entry for each time I tried to launch Premiere). I then gave it permission to PremierElementsEditor.exe to access the folder. Now it launches everytime.

Will Premiere Elements 12 work in Windows 10 ?

Beim Film schneiden fängt das Bild nach 10 Minuten  Schnitt an zu ruckeln. Der Ton läuft weiter aber das Bild bleibt fast stehen trotz rendern. Habe von Elements 2014 auf 2020 gewechselt ist aber genau gleich. 

What´s the differences of Premiere Elements Student and Teacher Edition and normal Premiere Elements? Only the person who will use or will be a handicaped/limited version?Didn´t find anything on Adobe´s website that could explain it to me.I´m a student but need to know this before buying a Student version or a full version.

Hello,I bought GoPro Hero Black 7. It records 1080 240 FPV in HEVC. My present sofware doesn't support it. So I bought  Premiere Elements 201, beciuse here: Version Comparison | Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 vs 2018, 15, 14 we can find information in third line: Support for VFR, HEIF (macOS), and HEVC (macOS 10.13 and above) NEW. So can you give me solution? Beacuse I can't import this file to program.Best regards.

Hi.I recently bought Your package Adobe Photoshop Elements + Premiere Elements 2019 in order to have the possibility of editing videos from my Dji Mavic 2 Pro drone. There is a possibility of having a record in H.264 and H.265. The H.265 is needed to have the option to record video in 10bit H-log. Now I transferred the files to my computer with Windows...and disappointed...No support for H.265 in Windows version. WHY?! I paid for the package and I demand the possibility of editing videos in H.265 on my Adobe Elements 2019!

Premiere Elements has benn rendered useless, to me, I can add media, create, save projects etc but when I want to save the resultant 'movie' "Share & Export" is the only way I see how to but it crashes the premiere  elements app every time (it believes it does not have 'username/Library/Application Support/Common' access permissions.) 

Wie kann ich auf die Verschiedenen Audio Tracks der Importierten Datei zugreifen?Es wird nur die erste Audio Spur angezeigt. In Adobe Premiere Pro werden direkt alle 6 Audio Spuren angezeigt und ich kann sie bearbeiten. Gruß Morikami

When trying to export a rendered video to my Moto G8 Plus phone, Adobe Prem Elements wont find the phone. I have checked that I have the right settings on my phone to allow transfer of files and if i check the "my computer" it shows up. See screen print when I go back to Premiere it doesnt show the phone, no matter what I do I cant get eEements to regognise the phone so iIcant export it direct to the SD card or internal storage on the phone.Any suggestions? Is there a setting I need to change on Elements or the phone?I dont want to take my SD card out each time Iwant to put a video on there and I dont want to have to save it to the computer then copy it across "out of adobe", defeats the object.Thanks in advance.  

Got my new 16 core 3950X up and running and was excited to export/encoding my first project with Premiere Elements 14 (I use this even though I own 2018 because it's the last version to support Blu-ray authoring). Sadly, H.264 exporting only appears to use a quarter the threads this processor can offer.  MPEG export uses them all.  Any fix for this? Or do  the newer version improve multicore support for H.264? 

New PC, new fresh DL of APE just right now.  There is no sound when I play the timeline.  If I double click the video in Project Assets, I hear the sound. If I click the file in Windows Explorer I hear the sound.  When I go to >Preferences>Audio Hardware, the Default Output is my computer speakers (that I can hear fine otherwise.  Preferences>Audio Output Mapping shows my computer speakers but there are no changeable options that I can tell. . I've rebooted too.   Also, I exported the file to .MP4 and played the video w VideoLAN and there is no sound. 

I know that it can be done in Premiere Pro, but with Premiere Elements is it possible to combine two projects, with the same project settings, into the same timeline?

I'm an amateur video editor, and occasionally when I try to export, I notice that my ouput file has a big ugly black border, essentially making the video smaller. What setting did I miss? I don't want videos to shrink; I want videos to retain their original size.

Dans première élément 2020 une des possibilités essentielle a disparu; en effet pour pouvoir faire un montage rapide il est essentiel de pouvoir couper un des éléments et supprimer la partie qui ne convient pas par une simple touche; or cette fonction qui existait auparavant dans le mode rapide a disparu; le mode "couper" supprime l'élément en entier maintenant; le mode rapide est devenu sophistiqué et a intégré des possibilités du mode expert. Il perd tout son intérêt

I have been burning to DVD for a couple years with PE13. I now have a new computer with new dvd burner and it won't burn.  error message ......  “The data rate of this file is too high for DVD, you must replace the file with one of a lower data rate.I have no idea what to do with this issue. Hopefully some one can help methank you

Recently I've started having problems with correct video and sound timing once I upload a file into editor. The original video file (data source) is fine. But when I upload video to the editor the sound seems playing correctly but the video itself seems to get cut short (couple of seconds at the beginning and couple second at the end of the video) and then the remaining footage expands to the same lenght as the sound. So the video does not fit the sound. I have done nothing with the settings. Please help, I have no idea how to solve this.Thank you.
