Audio Mixing is different when the Video is watched on TVs

Hey there!
Our YouTube Audience has given us the feedback that the background music is way too loud when watched on TV. 

If you watch it on the phone or on the computer everything is fine though. Doesn`t matter if you use headphones or not.

Is there anything we can do to fix this for the TV Users without changing the experience of the Computer/Phone users?
