How can i change the subtitle length AFTER I enter tthem in premiere pro

How can i change the subtitle length AFTER I enter them in premiere pro?
Ok, I was able to created, edit and position all my subtitles in PremierPro,
however, they "looks" not that good, (too many words at the same time)
and I had the chance to edited them at the beginning, my mistake 😞
So, can I edit the length of the subtitles AFTER i already enter them?
