How to uninstall fonts that comes with stock templates that I preview but don't use?

There are downloadable lower third templates in the essential graphics panel. When I drag one to timeline to preview, it also trigger new fonts to get installed.

After previewing a few, many new fonts are installed on my computer that I don't need. I can uninstall these new fonts in adobe creative cloud app, but I don't remember all the font that are newly installed because of checking out the lower thirds. I don't want my pc to have extra fonts I don't use because they take up disk space and slow down windows.

Is there a way to uninstall fonts that are, say, installed since yesterday?
