Luego de la actualizacion 24.6.1 al abrir el software indica problema de daño en el mismo, solicita enviar al basurero, se realizaron varios intentos de deshintalar el programa y luego volver a instalar y el problema perciste.

Well, I’m still using the 24.6.1, can’t remember how was fixed. Think I found the solution in one of the forums. Haven’t updated to the 24.6.3 nor the 25.0 version because it always scares me if something is going to crash with the new versions. But thanks for the follow up.

Best regards,

Ana

Hello, I didn't install the beta version.

I found that it was a problem with the Mac OS Sonoma, as shown here:

This is in spanish, but I'm sure you can find it in english.

Hope this helps

Hello, I have the same problem. Have a Mac Studio M2 Ultra with Sonoma 14.6.1
Premiere Pro is version 24.6.1

This is the screen shot of the problem; coudn't make double click in the Cancel button.

I uninstalled it, intalled again but problem persists. I'll try to install a previous version.

Hi @maxs26938842,

Thanks for filing the bug report. After reinstallation, can you try double-clicking the Cancel button instead of single-clicking it? Let me know if it works. Sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kevin
