Premiere Pro publish to YouTube does not publish files over 128GB

Premiere Pro throws an error when trying to publish a video to YouTube that is over 128GB that states YouTube's maximum allowed file size is 128GB.  YouTube currently allows up to 256GB or 12 hours of videos making the publish setting no longer accurate

Would be nice to see this updated to match the current limits.
