Premire Pro cuts off video at the edges and degrades quality

Hello, I'm translating videos from English into Russian, and I recently encountered this problem. I have Windows 11, a 2k hdr monitor and I work with full hd video. This happened before, I solved this problem using media encoder, but now it doesn’t help. I hope they can help me on the forum

Right click on clip in the timeline and hit Set to Framesize.

And check your sequence settings and see if they match the footage.
