Proxy is 180 degrees off of original file

I am editing 360 footage using GoPro FX Reframe. I have proxies made for all of the video files. When I reframe in the proxy the original file is 180 degrees off. For example; if the camera is facing forward in the proxy, it is facing backwards in the original file. Only a couple of files have done this and can't seem to figure out what is causing this. To work around this, I am editing these clips in the original resolution. I have many more to go so I am sure this will happen again!
