Results for the "Enhance Speech" work fairly well at removing reverb and background noise, however at the moment it is not very useful in that anything longer than 10 mins of audio takes not only an EXTREME amount of processing (which you have to wait for) but even once it's done it still seems to require ANOTHER layer of preview rendering.So for example an hour long recording takes approx 90 mins - 2 hours to process once the "Enhance" button is clicked. Even after that's completed, once you hit spacebar on your timeline it then goes to an additional rendering bar (the usual one that's been around with PP for creating prerendered clips).Compare this with FCP's Voice Isolation which is instantly added and requires no in-program processing time, and additionally the results sound a bit better still with FCP.If you really need a voice improvement tool right now, go with FCP or ClarityRX or Izotope because once again Adobe is well behind the curve with their focus still being on moving th

The new ai features are brilliant at clearing up badly recorded sound. And they are a cut above the previous ai solution that I was using online. I appreciate that it is early days but my only issue so far has been that it changed a word from "occupancy" to "occupatchy" and there seems no way to get it to re-guess the word correctly. The ideal would be that I could tell it what a word actually is.

Just had the opportunity to try out Enhanced Speech Footage was of a lecture. The facility's wireless mic had crapped out, but fortunately I had a shotgun pointing at the front of the room and captured the unamplified audio of the speaker. The speaker had a bit of a New York accent and talked very fast.  Room was somewhat reverberant. When the AI was done processing the enhanced speech, I was astounded that it sounded like he was talking into the stage mic!  Just amazing.  Then I listened more closely and realized he wasn't making any sense.  Words were jumbled together and it sounded like a foreign language. Other sounds, like a woman coughing, were interpreted as vowels in a woman's voice and it pops in occasionally. So I'll have to massage this quite a bit before it's usable.  It's a noble try.  Attached is a before/after for a short segment. Hi There, I'm trying to play with the new AI Enhance audio that seems to be in Premiere Beta 24.1 but the Creative Cloud app will only download Beta 24.0.0 (Build 45). I've tried uninstalling the Creative Cloud app and reinstalling as suggested in the forums but have the same results. Any advice? Thanks!

I've seen a few posts about this - using 24.1.0 Build 21 on a 2022 M1 Ultra Mac Studio (Ventura 13.5.2), and I am unable to open the "Keyboard shortcuts..." interface by means of clicking it or using the shortcut. Cache/Preferences did not fix the issue. Hope a resolution is found soon!

Maybe this already exists...but havent found it.. Sometimes, almost always I tend to have 20-30 timelines open at once, and navigating through them all can be a pain, as most of theses timelines have similar names. Here's an idea, what if you could right click on your timeline panel and pick a color label for that specific timeline, then it would be easier to navigate to that specific timeline panel. Thanks

When I'm doing faster editing, sometimes the transcript disappears. I have to close and re-open Premiere to get it back.  Can you add a button that re-syncs or refreshes the text to help fix that problem? I wouldn't even mind if I can have it re-transcribe. 

I'm not able to delete the pauses right away. It's on a major delay and is taking a long time. It also deletes the whole sentence at once.

Just clicked the 24.0.0(42) Help menu item, Premiere Pro Help. Went to a kinda generic Adobe help page ... three options, install, apps, download & installaltion issues.Clicked on the Apps box ... went to ... handling questions on Photoshop! I'm not thinking that was what I was expecting to see. @mattchristensen  ... is this something the devs are aware of?

I created some projects using Beta v 23.6 and cannot open using v24.0, getting "The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements. " I tried to downgrade back and getting this:This project was saved in a newer version of Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta) and cannot be opened in this version.Any workaround? Why did I use Beta ? Browsing a file in the media bin, or trying to open it in the Source window, Premier Pro (Beta) crashes.The main window just vanishes without warning; no error message.(I can't attach it because this form is limited to 47 MB, which is not really useful for Premiere)

With the evolution of AI and ll these other products like TOPAZ i feel we pay enough monthly to get an in house feature like upscaling to 4K and 8KAobe should become a 1 stop shop

As a part of modernization and core updates, Adobe video products are moving to version 11.8 of the CUDA Toolkit in our upcoming beta releases. The rollout is intended to not have any impact on the plugin functionality, compatibility or performance.   The change is planned for the second week of September.   As we release this feature into our Beta builds, please take the time to install the builds and ensure that your plugins continue to function as expected.   We will also send additional communication and update our documentation on best practices to minimize impact on plugins, with any future CUDA SDK Updates.   Please let us know if you have concerns or encounter issues.

Last night I updated my Premiere Pro Beta to v. 24.0. Everything worked fine for about one hour and after that when I was about to start exporting my project - which I've worked for months - the whole software crashed. After that I've tried to open the project but it only loads it to 69% and then nothing happens. I've tried to open different autosave files and importing the project to a different project as well but same thing. I guess the recent update has something to do with it and might have a bug.

Could we get an option to auto tone map superwhites?Footage from Sony A7Siii (S-Cinetone, Cine4 etc) looks blown out on import and have to bring whites down on each clip. 

I've been using the new Auto Transcriptions Captions feature for all of our programs (and since MacCaption is EOL, why not move to some Adobe magic). However, I have a lot of painpoints. 1. Please add a way to save Captions formats/layouts to apply to different projects. Right now, I have to set this up each time. 2. Add a way to integrate Speaker Nmes into the caption workflow. Right now I have to manually type in ">PERSON NAME: " before the first word, and Premiere doesn't know that's introducing the person talking. It's a clunky workaround, especially since it can differentiate speakers. A checkbox enabling "insert speaker names into captions" would be great. 3. Many times the generated script includes a word at the end of a section which belongs to the next person's section. There's not a way to click in and say, move down or merge with below and there should. In face, the merge and split don't always work, and I wish they did—maybe they would fix some of these is

I am trying to edit a video from Kauai from last summer.  The issue with the beta that I have run into is with DJI Air 2S drone footage.  When I play it back it keeps glitching and does not play smoothly.  But before anyone starts asking, "Well, what computer are you using, graphics card, amount of RAM, and blah, blah, blah" I can play the same footage in the latest PP version and it plays back smoothly. Then this happened.  I was getting so mad at how slow and glitchy the playback was, I decided to render a portion of the video.  I set the In and Out, went to file, export, set the correct video format and pressed enter.  Now if I render the same footage in the latest PP version, it would take a few minutes.  However, when I went to render in the Beta it said it was rending 228 or 409 audio previews and it was going to take over 24 minutes.  The audio previews thing struck me as odd because there is only one audio track under the drone foota
