I recorded a concert through the board, but the sound only came on on the left side. How can I make it both sides?

A couple of days ago the program started to freeze when I start a new project. It will open a new project, but when I choose a file to begin the program says "preparing media" and is frozen. I have to do a force quit and then reopen to start building the video. I'm running on MacOS Monterey v12.6. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

I am using Windows 10 on a Lenovo T52 Thinkpad with an NVidia graphics card.I just installed Premiere Rush, and am trying to add a .WMV file to my media folder using the media browser. However, the .WMV file does not appear when I navigate to the folder containing the file.If I change the file extension to .MOV or MP4, the file does appear, although there is an error message that it cannot load a preview (makes sense). However, .AVI and .FLV extensions do not. Is there something else I need to install to be able to add .WMV, .AVI and .FLV clips?

I think we should be able to have a favorites folder of sound effects.  Takes forever to scroll and find them

Even after I change all of the videos to footage interpretation Rec 709 and have also tested 2100 HLG and then I match it to the corresponding color working space AND the export color space I still have low contrast desaturated videos with Rec 709 and then way too saturated videos with the 2100 HLG. ON top of all of this frustration even after updating the app I cant airdrop the 2100 HLG file to my phone at least I can do this with the rec 709 file.  This has been taking hours and hours of research and troubleshooting with no solutions still. I have tried doing 2 VBR passes and also tweaking with the lumetri filters to counter act but I didnt shoot with a super nice camera to have S*** looking footage. What the freak am I supposed to do here? Never had this issue till the past year or on premiere rush but i hate how limited I am on rush. 

After 2 years of use, I've started to get red boxes replacing clips which had been accepted and edited.Please tell me why!

every time I open a specific folder and try to import it into rush the application crashes. Everything else seems to work perfectly fine and every other folder or video works aswell.

After clicking create, it hooks and goes blank. Any solution please

I brought rush by google play store, but when I use desktop version of rush it's asking me to buy again while trying yo export 4k, while mobile version has no issue

I HAVE RECENTLY INSTALLED THE ADOBE PREMIERE RUSH FOR THE VIDEO EDITING AND AFTER HARDWORK OF 3-4 HOURS COMPLETED IT . WHEN I GO FOR THE EXPORT OPTION THE APP IS CRASHING AGAIN AND AGAIN , MY VIDEO IS STUCK AND NOW I WONT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE MY PROJECT. THERE ARE MANY VIDEO EDITING APPS BUT DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM ADOBE . KINLDY LOOK INTO IT .ITS STUCK THERE FOR ATLEAST 20 MINUTES AND THE OVERALL SIZE OF VIDEO IS LESS THAN 20 MB.

I have had this happen a few times, however now using a dmj osmo hand held all of my videos in the adobe app are coming out glitchy. The videos do not have any issues when playing on my desktop after transfering from my phone, which leads me to believe it is the app. I have tried closing and restarting as well as making sure Rush is fully updated. 

I've had this problem for a year and I've finally stopped trying to get it to save to the folder I designate when exporting in Rush. Any suggestions? 

Today I was editing a project that I originally started on my iOS device. Things were fine, then I made some edits from my desktop (Windows 10) and added two new media (videos) to it. They completed the upload and show in my project assets, but now when I attempt to open the project again on my iOS, I get a blank timeline and the following message:  Some media can't be found. This is usually caused by an upload from another device that hasn't completed. Missing media was imported from another device. You may want to check on that device to ensure that project upload completes, and then come back here to continue. Not sure what I can do since everything looks completed on the Windows device. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!   

Hey guys im having trouble adding music from itunes. I click on add audio and the music titles are there but they are grey and i cant click on them. In Adobe settings i have allowed for media and music but still no idea. Please help

Can someone please tell me how to copy and paste a timeline object (sound file) to a different/new project.This SHOULD be as simple as copy/paste.. but Noooooooooo...  

I have a new computer with plenty of grunt and up-to-date drives, yet when I create a video in Premiere Rush it is constantly crashing or returning the error 1609629690. I'm about to give up on using Rush.Please let me know the solution.

Hey there i was been working on a video all day and now my Adobe rush app app wont open and i am getting this pop-up that 'open production failed' please help me sort this issue..I am using paid version of Rush on my android device 'Poco F1' and i am using latest version.I have to send this video by tomorrow to a client..Please revert back Asap .Thank you 

I had just completed a video and it was all uploaded the blue circle had closed and disappeared. I went off the app tried to access it on my laptop and it wouldn't load. I then tried to reaccess it on my phone and it keeps coming up with an error message saying open production failed. How do I fix this? Can I get it back!?   Title edited by mod

I am trying to use rush on my samsung tab S8 and everything comes out grainy and much more blurry than the original. Even the sample videos from Adobe come out with very poor quality. I have everything on high quality and on 1080p. Any help is much apprecitated.

Since 2020, I've been running Pr on my Dell Latitude 7290 laptop running Windows 10.  This glitch just began a week ago. When I launch Pr, all my projects are visible, BUT as soon as I click on any of them, they ALL disappear, and my library becomes one big black screen. The top of the screen still shows that I'm in Pr, with the normal headings (File, Edit, Clip, Sequence, View, Help) but everything below that is black.  Today I un-installed and re-installed Pr, but the same issue persists. My C-drive has 15Gb free out of 237Gb. What can I do?  

Would love to be able to add my own MP3 file to the video. Did a nice little impro on Piano, sent it to my phone and alas, not going to happen tonight. Guess will have to work with Premier Pro tomorrow. 

Hello, hoping someone can help.  I have Premiere Rush version 1.5.62 (Build 61).  I exported a project with 8 hours of video to my local drive.  The exported file is only 1 KB.  Why is this happening and how can I successfully export my video?  There is lots of space available on the hard drive to accommodate the export.  Attached are pictures of the export details, the exported file, the Premiere Rush export page, and the space available on the local hard drive. Thank you.
