Hello, I have a question about premiere rush. Maybe someone knows how to solve this? I've merged several photos into a sequence with a fading in between.Well, I want loop playback. Between end and new start of loop playback the black background is appearing if i want to have a fading between the last and first picture. How do I get this fading between the end and the beginning? When the black background appears when the film starts again, thats ugly. Thanks for answers:-)
Rush on desktop (Windows 10) shows 'Unable to Load Preview!' message when I try to add images. It's jpegs and pngs that I have exported from Affinity Designer. (Screenshot attached)
Hi Team,I assembled a video during the last days and realize today that the rendering / export does not work.I tried;* different Export Types* downgrading to an other (oder) windows Version for Rush* stepping back from hardware acceleration* redoing the whole beginning (does message above mean - there is a problem in Secon 16,9... ?)* breaking up the complete 13 Min Video into different parts (the first one still does not work, the second one did)...Any ideas?Thx Hartmut * Redoing
I installed Rush on my iPad Pro 3rd gen. I import 1video and it shows on the timeline. I give the project a name and create, but it just stays on add media. Does not open project.
Hello, I'm in the process of testing out building MOGRT templates for use in Rush on my mobile IOS devices and have been having some issues. I have read some similar post from a few years ago that said updates would come in the future, so I wanted to ask a few questions in case some of those issues have been fixed: Are MOGRTs created in After Effects still not compatible with Rush? I have tried creating MOGRTs in Premiere (22.5.0) and saving them to my Library, but have not been able to get anything (even super simple test MOGRT files) to come up in my Libraries folder on Rush -- but I can see them in the Library on my creative cloud app. Is there still an issue with MOGRTs build in certain versions of Premiere?Are there any steps (that I may be missing) in between saving the MOGRT file to Library in Premiere and going to the graphics menu in Rush? Could I just not have my Libraries synced on my mobile Rush app and I need to turn it on somehow?please let me kn
Hi all, I have installed Adobe Premiere Rush on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra without any problems and it works fine. However, I would prefer to make use of a bigger screen so I tried to install Adobe Premiere Rush on to my Tablet, a Samsung Tab S7 plus and this is when I encounter a problem. Whenever I try to install Adobe Premiere Rush from the Google Play Store I get the following message "Your device isn't compatible with this version". I find that a bit strange as both, my phone as well as my tablet running Android 13 with the latest updates and patches. Is there a way of installing Adobe Premiere Rush to my tablet via a different site or is there an issue with my tablet?Your input will be greatly appreciated
I received this email from Adobe asking if my issue was resolved. There is no way to respond to the question. There is no link for following up to support with a response. There is no link on the question thread. Best I can figure is this is an automated email sent by Adobe wants me to open my question and see that nothing has happened.I followed up with a response for the question and have heard nothing back.Adobe,Why would you waste peoples time with a meaningless effort.Be part of the solution!!! I shared my video discovering a scene repeating, and none of my originally saved scenes had repeated. In my attached screenshot, the repeated scene was not repeated until I had shared the video. As a result, how do I prevent any of my scenes from repeating?

I'm having a really hard time using Rush in my new iPad Pro. For some reason when I try to import media from my hard drive it won't open and when I do it straight from drive or my iPad it says Media Import Error. I don't understand what that means.
A few years ago, I purchased Prmiere Rush for mobile at Samsung Galaxy Store. A few yers later i terminated my subscription. One month later I restarted my subscriprion but with annual payments instead of monthly. My mobile subscription included a desktop program with the same name. I have been working all day with a new video project on my desktop and when finally finished, the program won't let me save or share. I tried to pay for a subscription at Adobe.com, but they won't let me, because I own Rush for mobile purchased at Samsung Galaxy Store. Samsung won't let me terminate my subscriprion with them. They did actually, but it runs until October 2023. Adobe won't help me in person, but sent me to this community instad. Can anybody help ? Thanks in advance!
In Share, if I choose Youtube, I can select a frame from the video to use as a Thumbnail, but when the video is published on Youtube, a the selected frame is not used. Am I missing something?

I want to select a thumnail picture to show as the icon of my video. Not to publish on social medias. Simply to have a selected picture as an icon for the file in Windows. Any help?
I duplicate projects as I often use the same elements in the same order, but I will import all-new video files and delete the video files from the previous project. However, all of these duplicated projects continue to have the same project thumbnail - the thumbnail that shows when you open Rush to select a project. I am not talking about rendering video and the generated preview thumbnail (this works as it should), but the working project file's thumbnail under "your projects". This is a minor thing, but it makes it slightly confusing when I go to open a file, as they all have the exact same thumbnail as the original project. Once inside the duplicated projects, there is no trace of that original video content, given I deleted it a while ago.... I am confused about why this is happening. How can this be fixed, so that duplicated projects will reflect their actual video content in their project thumbnail? Thanks!
I am in Rush editing a video and needed a lower third. Only 8 of the titles show up and they aren't anywhere near as nice as the original ones that were there before. Anyone have the same issues?
I have downloaded the Premiere Rush installer from my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. The download was successful, and the installer mounts when I run it. However, when I double-click on the icon as instructed, I get a little animation on the icon, but nothing happens. I have tried at least a dozen times, and have rebooted the computer, but no change. Nothing is installed.

I've been trying to get an external microphone to work with rush on Iphone with some curious results. Trying the voiceover function, it works just fine with the built in (lame) iphone mic. When I connect an external microphone the recording fails. It does the 3 second countdown, then gets stuck paused where it should start recording. It basically crashes the app, and you can't get out of the stuck state without quitting the app entirely and starting over. I've tried with a Presonus Audiobox Ione, and also with a Rode Ixy mic. I really want this functionality to work to be able to get a high quality recording along with my video clip, but nothing I try seems to work. Anyone else have this issue? I can't be the only one trying to use a nicer microphone to record in Rush can I?thanks,Chris
Using Rush app on my iPhone. The app and my phone are all up to date in terms of software updates etc. I've been using successfully for several years so know what I'm doing. Suddenly it has stopped saving progress completely. I have a project that I did several hours work on. I exited the app and went back in later and none of the changes had been saved. I don't get it! It auto saves, so where is my work? I have tried several times and the same thing happens each time. I've tried restarting my phone, making sure im not out of storage, checked for app updates etc but nothing works. So I cannot do any editing with this app I'm paying for because nothing saves!
