I have set up rush on my imac but it is not showing my camera roll for me to use ? I have sat here for ages trying everything I can think of, I give up. Any ideas..sigh

Hi there, I've now used ours to try add a standard text field to the video I am editing, but I can't find it. I am trying to add a simple email address as a graphic/title using Premiere Rush on desktop. There is no template that comes close to what I want - simple text. The tutorials posted by Adobe suggest you can create a "Simple Title" by using the instructions below. HOWEVER when I click the "Add Media" button, "Title" does not come up as an option. I only see "Your Media"'/"Graphics"/"Audio"/"VoiceOver". Hi can someone please help? Im trying to import 4K videos from my go pro onto adobe premiere rush (on my iPad Pro 2017).  Image below. What am I doing wrong? Not sure why the file is unrecognised as it's mp4. can someone offer suggestions? Thank you!!

So many functions not working!!! I'm a fluent Premiere user, using Rush for the first time, in heavy consultation with the Adobe Community Support solutions to common problems. On a Samsung S20FE with 8gb RAM and over 40GB of free space. The video assets in my project are less than 500mb. Here's a list of issues. Surprisingly the editing interface worked perfectly, it's just EVERYTHING ELSE. Trying to go from the editing interface back to the app home screen crashes the app. It hangs infinitely with the page loading circle. I have to force quit the app and reopen it.Exporting always fails. The film is just a minute long, I'm exporting at 720p, and I can't even get past 1%. I've left it for hours, no progress made.So apparently the projects need to be fully sync'd before an export can occur. This is according to a response by an Adobe Community Professional. Why is not Save as... still not implemented? For me, this starts to be ridiculous. The simplest function for all types of editors is not implemented at all in Rush You always need to start from scratch with a new project, although you might only need to do a couple of minor changes in a large and time-consuming project.How can adobe allow themselves to do this to a user? It is not a serious product until this basic functionality is fixed and should have been done a long time ago. It is really bad for the decision-makers that are responsible for developing the product. I would like to put that decision-maker through the same torture they do the users.It is such a simple request that it should not even have to be raised. I don´t care if there is some underlying structure in the coding that prohibits this and if so they should put the whole project on ice since something then must be completely wrong in the structure.I am paying full license prize to use all adobe prod

I've made several projects and used cross-dissolve at the end to fade to black but for some reason it's not working on this one. I've deleted and re-added the transition at the end several times and cannot figure out what the problem is. The only thing that's different about this project vs the others is the addition of a separate audio track, which ends at the same point as the video and also has a dissolve transition at the end. Any suggestions are appreciated, very frustrating! Argh haha  

I've exported a 4k/30fps video that's about 3 minutes long multiple times, and for some reason the exported file is extremely glitchy (like a new frame every 5 seconds), although the audio works. Anyone know the reason why this is happening?

I am so lost!  I am an artist and am putting teeny videos into Instagram. I shot a video on my iphone showing me taking a bad painting in alcohol ink into something nice. It is about five minutes. How do I break this five minutes into clips to edit the clips. Everything I have tried makes the the rest of the video disappear.  I am watching the videos in the how to do this. Thanks for any help. Tommy @Leap4artnc

Picked my video file for new project. Go to work on it. When I hit play to preview the video file itself to start editing/rendering etc, the video plays very pixelated. Before hitting play, and the first frame is visual, it isn't pixelated, but hitting play, it goes crazy. It is happening to past video files too, so it isn't the newer video files. I've played it in all qualities: low medium high. I've unselected and reselected optimize video. No change. Ive cleared the cache and disabled hardware offload and enabled it again. No changes. It only occurs when I'm trying to use premiere rush on my HP laptop, which I've done projects on before and it works. I did update rush, and that's when it started. I don't think I updated my mobile version, and it still works. Is there any way to get a version on desktop that doesn't include the update, or is it not an update issue? Below are pics of the issue

Hi, Over a month ago I recorded a host of training material, mostly screen captures. I didn't render it at the time as we still didn't know how it should be packaged and presented. I've came back to it yesterday and every project has been re-scaled. What I mean by that is every clip/edit has been increased by approx 10% on the width, chopping off 5% off the left and right hand edges of the screens.The only way I could see to sort this was to reduce the screen width by 10% using the scale tool. However, you can't do that en-masse. Instead you have to manipulate each clip, and there are 10's of thousands of clips. To add insult to injury, after I painstaking spent hours fixing one of the videos the screen size still jumped around very slightly.  When I looked at what was wrong, I couldn't see anything, and to fix it I had to take the slider from the 90 setting that I'd used to get the videos back to a useable state, move it to say 92 and then move it back to 90.

I'm having very weird issues with premiere rush ‘Cross Dissolve’ transitions. At first, when I installed a program it worked perfect. But it worked well until I started to upload videos 10 or 30 minutes long (these videos contain a lot of different scenes) and the problems began to happen.For example, I have uploaded a 15-minute-long video and cut it into 5 frames (videos). Then I apply transitions between them, so the program started to add some ‘bonus’ frame. This frame I can clearly see I've deleted in the process of editing the video, but it comes back only with transition effects, nothing elseSo that’s the best solution for me?And sorry for my English if I have mistakes.

Help! I use Adobe Rush every day, and the program has crashed every time I try to use it on my Windows 11. I have tried restarting my computer, signing in and out of Rush, and in and out of Creative Cloud. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Rush. I then had to re-download all of the fonts and templates I use. I have tried restarting my computer and clearing up space. I have tried deleting old saved WIPs from Adobe Rush that get auto-saved. I have tried using simpler functions in Adobe. I feel like I have tried EVERYTHING and cannot get the app to go through one full edit and render. Someone, please help I am desperate! 

 Is there a way to initiate multiple concurrent uploads to Youtube, so that I don't have to wait for each to complete before starting the next? I video social events and people want to see 70 videos the next day so even though I do minimal editing the delay in upload before I can edit the next project/clip is excruciating.

I have taken a series of photos with a GoPro, I have downloaded them to my iPhone reel and when I try to import them from Premiere Rush, it does not load the images that I select on the reel and that I took with the GoPro, does anyone know how I solve the problem? The app tells me an error because the file is not compatible.

I renewed my annual premiere rush premium subscription in April for $29.99 and it randomly stopped working in the app. The subscription still shows as active on my Apple ID subscription but the app, website and chat support say that there isn't an active subscription. Is anyone dealing with this or knows how to fix this? I've logged out, deleted the app and restarted my phone and nothing worked

My channel mates and I are having trouble whenever we import a voice file into rush and pro. We have tried MP3 and WAV files exported from audition, as well as the file being resampled through audacity, bandlabs, and a few other attempted methods. It's only this singular Audio we're having issue with. Any ideas? I should also state that it's only a preview issue and exports fine... It's just hard to edit with the distorted audio.

Hello, I've recently been trying to export a video from Rush but I can't seem to get it to work. Every time I try, it stays at Waiting with the video preview being a black screen, until an error popup shows up and stops rendering. Each time, the timecode is at 0:00, so I'm not sure what I can really do here. Mainly, the error codes I've been getting are 6 and 3, neither of which means anything to me even with the descriptions of "Unable to create audio renderer" and such. I've attached a picture of the error itself in case there's something I'm mssing. (Sorry it's not just a screenshot, I couldn't get screen snip to work while Rush was still open for some reason.)As well, I've tried exporting a different 7 second video which also didn't work properly, but for a different reason with the error code being -2147483648. I am on Windows 11, I have paid a large amount for the Adobe Creative cloud including premiere rush and premiere pro. It now takes me hours to do a small video. I can't see the files to load them to edit, it takes ages to load them, then the editing is so unresponsive that it is impossible to do any detailed work. I have a new HP laptop, and I am on windows 11. How can it be acceptable for the product to behave this way when it is so expensive?.Please solve or give me my yearly subscription fee back so I can try some other editing software.
