It is safe to say that Premiere Rush and widows 11 are not very good friends. The program freezes all the time and crushes. Ofcourse the reset settings option is not working. I have a pretty strong laptop so this is not an issue either.. are adobe going to make an update in order to fix the problem? thw programm is nearly unusable...or need extreme loads of patience..
Hi there,Just got a new Mac all great other than Rush, the screen gets stuck on loading with a small message:Loading ImporterQuickTime.bundleNever gets past this. Reinstalled Creative Cloud and Rush....worked fine on old Mac.Any thoughts would be really appriciated.Thank you.

Trying Rush for the first time, and my project reports about 4 GB required for export, but there is not enough space available. I'm using an iPad Pro 11" 256GB, which has about 102GB free. Already tried uninstall/reinstall, iPad restart, iPad hard restart. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please put in a setting that I can produce my videos straight to my SD card on my phone. I make long videos so I need this feature.
I've been using the free version of Rush. Have been learning it and using it to slowly create a project that I keep returning to and developing. Put off by the fact that you can't 'save' the project as you're creating it like in other video editing programs, but read that the project save is being triggered each time you close it. When I returned, there is my project, with the lastest edits just as I left it so - okay. But then, returned to Rush and no project. Not anywhere. Def not on my laptop (working on laptop not mobile), not on the Creative Cloud, nowhere. Started from scratch and the same thing happened. Appeared to save my changes for several sessions, then... poof. No project the next time I opened it. The "Sync to Cloud" checkbox at the bottom has a kind of asterisk in it - doesn't allow me to check/uncheck, but I read that 2 gigs of Cloud backup are allowed with the free version, yet no project files to be found on the Cloud. I use rush regularly. Yesterday I went to edit a project I started a couple weeks ago, and all of my projects older than about a week are empty. Sync is turned on. All the files are in assets if I log in to my Adobe account, but none of it is syncing with Rush. Do I have to manually rebuild all of my projects? I wasted an hour this morning in a chat. I was instructed to log out, log back in, and that was all they could do to recover projects.
If I turn sync Off and back on sync stop working. Also project menu has only two options (rename and duplicate). I have to open project and go to back home and then menu is working again. Can we have some kind force resume for syncing, or any working solution?
While not a major issue (yet), but the few times I have done work with Premiere Rush, a portion of my 20 GB of Cloud Storage is used. I full expected that while working on video files, but after I have done the work, exported the result and then deleted all projects, a little bit more storage is showing as being used. Guess I don't understand why this is happening since I deleted all the projects. Thanks

La qualité des vidéos et photos exportées depuis mon iPhone est très mauvaise et je n'arrive pas à avoir un rendu correct. Que faire?

I have been trying to edit my video all day and while I'm in the editing process Adobe Rush will drop the program out of no where. This is happened on the app on my phone and it has also happened when using adobe rush on my laptop. I have deadlines to get videos up and I cannot get this video done now.
Sorry if this has already been answered.It is my understanding that Premiere Rush is included in the Photography Plan (20G) I've had since 2016.However whenever I try to export it tells me to chose a plan.I'm confused. Please help.Thanks
I just purchased and started to use this program yesterday and it worked great for a few videos. Then today while trying to render a basic, 59 second video, I get the error below. I've tried other clips to verify that it's not a problem with this video specifically. But it happens every time. I have nothing else open on my computer. Error compiling movie. Export error A low-level exception occurred. Writing with exporter: H.264 Writing to file: blahblahblah Around timecode 00.00.00 Component H.264 of type Exporter Selector: 9 Error Code: 3 Please help?
I'm hoping to create a music video comprised of several musicians each in separate location. Each person will play and video themselves to a track. I'd like to patch their individual videos together in one video - - ie - - the end product is an ensemble of remotely located musicians playing a piece together.Can this be done using Rush? I have read numerous complaints about this issue among Adobe users which makes these applications non user friendly! Not good considering how much we pay for Adobe subscription! I have 3 devices: Desktop PC, iPhone XR and iPad. NONE of my videos are showing media assets in their respective videos ACROSS ALL DEVICES. The frustration over this unnecessary problem is making me want to CANCEL Adobe for making me waste my time! So for the questions that you Adobe folks may ask:1. I presently have all 3 devices open. Only iPhone and iPad are loading all assets in the subject file. Desktop is not loading the video asset (sequence). Why??? I thought Adobe uses Cloud!2. iPad shows the little red exclamation point upper right side as 'Project Status' but no status.3. iPhone does not show the little red exclamation point upper right side as 'Project Status' but no status.4. Desktop shows a grayed out area of where the video should be. The cloud should save edits seamlessly!Great. S

I tried importing video files from a Fuji XT4 10 bit 4k and it just hung. I also tried importing an h265 file made in DaVinci Resolve and it didn't work. I saw there was a similar issue with the Fuji XT3 and was marked as resolved. But more recently someone else posted it didn't work.
I am having the same issue. In the preview the video and audio is synced up correctly, but when I render it 3 minutes of my video pieces disappear, but audio keeps going and ends correctly.
Could someone help me with editing a video clip? The video has a ton of black background in it and I don't know how to make the video itself bigger, deleting the background
