Hello - On some of my videos, I am able to select the split (scissors) to cut a clip. But not on every video? It appears that the files from my GoPro are the ones that I cannot split? Why is that? (My Iphone videos seem to work just fine)

Hi,I'm trying to edit some videos on Macbook Air 2018 with 16GB of RAM and Intel chip. It's pretty slow. For example, when i select a particular frame and want to play the video starting from it, usually only voice will start and video will catch up with it in about 2-3 seconds when it's already totally useless. Same way, on preview some quick animations (for example mouse movements) will lag behind or just won't show every now and then. It's technically possible to edit like this but it takes a lot of time and is really frustrating at times. I wonder - is it an expected behaviour on this device? Would the latest Air with M1 chip behave any better?

Dear Adobe, I bought my new phone in March, a Samsung A51, and now I want to transition work from the computer to my phone as it becomes easier and faster, but I see that the A51 is not supported according to your system requirements for using Adobe Premiere Rush on mobiles. The A50 is however compatible, will the A51 be compatible in the future? Thank youDavid

Hello, I'm using Premiere Rush for the first time, now the application is included in my subscription, but there is a crash when I click to "Sharing" button just near "Update button".In fact, the application is in status "Don't asnwer", but it is very very long, and the application is still unavailable.Is it known issue, or an issue linked to my computer ?I've launched Premiere Rush on Windows 10.0.19043  Thanks.

Hi, this could be normal but I'm not sure so I'm addressing it here, my adobe assets folder in the cloud is organized in this strange way, with random different folders with random letters and numbersand within these folders there are more folders, goes as follows: "Storage > Emulated > 0 > Download" and only there are the files.I'ts strange and unnecessary and another thing, I also believe it is causing problems in syncing between when I edit on the phone app and then want to resume on the PC. Some media files are not located automatically, only when I click "Find and Connect" and search for the same name in that folder and manually click it.I think it's also important to note that I started using Premiere Rush on mobile only and only recently have been trying to get the best out of the adobe work flow and jumped on Premiere Rush/Pro on PC to rusume editing on PC. So these mess is possibily caused by the Rush android app. Help please.

Trying to use premier Rush on my Google Pixel 3 XL. The phone is up to date with the latest software and patches. I checked the app in the app store to see if I had the latest updates and it does appear that I do. When I go to render the video it almost finishes and then exits with an error. This happens when I try to export it in any type of quality. Although I prefer to export it in the highest quality which is one of the reasons why I use Rush. The app also freezes and exits with error as I am editing my videos. They are not particularly long. Usually between 1 and 5 minutes.

Okay so I use iPad (7th generation) iOS version 13.7 I actively use adobe premier rush. I was editing a video with footage recorded on the phone camera and screen recorded media. I had just finished editing my video, which was about 25 minutes long, when the app started glitching. I click on the icon and it pulls up the opening page stays there for a minute and then force closes. 

Hola, tengo instaladas fuentes de Google como Product Sans en mis dispositivos, y puedo usarla en todos los sitios excepto en Adobe Rush en iPad (y iPhone). Porque Adobe Rush en ordenador si puedo usarla. Es cierto que en el iPad he instalado la familia de fuentes Product Sans, y aunque en Photoshop aparecen, en "tipos de letra" dentro de Ajustes>Tipos de letra no aparecen. He usado la app Creative Cloud para instalar estas fuentes, y según la app están instaladas, pero no aparecen como fuentes activas.  ¿Alguien me puede decir como usar por ejemplo la fuente Product Sans en Adobe Rush en iPad?Gracias

Hi all,launching Rush today I had to login to my CC-Account. This is not unusual and is known to happen regularly. However, after Rush opened the project library appeard as completely empty. Nothing in there. Apart from the fact that something like this shouldn't happen, among other things a 45-minute project file of my daughter's that she had worked on for many, many hours disappeared. The project was not synchronised via the cloud (because that seemed absolutely unnecessary).What can be done? This is a medium disaster for the school project. Since Rush doesn't back up local project files for some unknown reason, all the work seems to be lost despite regular HD-backups.Something like this should not happen – what is the point of backups then? Thanks for any ideas. We are working on a 2020 iMac, running Big Sur – in case this is important.  

On Windows 10 Pro there is an app included called Xbox Game Bar. It will record everthing that is going on in a running program except not the Desktop or the File Explorer. And not outside the bounds of the running program window. It is designed to record game play but will record the use of Google Earth, PremierPro etc. anything that runs in a window.  It records the cursor which regrettable stays at the smallest size although the color can be changed to some bright color. This is presumably so the cursor does no interfere with recording game play, but it is there in the recording. Then if necessary, that clip which is stored in Videos>Capture, can be edited in PremierPro which may include highlighting things, adding text, and in my case everytime I say:  "Ahhh,  So..." and long blank spaces while I think!  Xbox Game Bar will record your voice as you traverse the screen with the small pointer and spin Google Earth or point to various text.  

Can anyone help..Adobe Rush is stuck at Preparing screen. I know there are this type of post similar to mine but none of the solution worked for me 😞Can anyone pls tell me what can i do ?

I've created titles on a lower res clip (45 minutes).  I want to switch out the clip for a higher resolution version, but the titles are grouped with the original clip.  When I try to slide in the clip everything, including titles, shifts.   How do I keep the same titles in the new clip?

I'm using RUSH on my laptop.  In the New Project window when initially selecting clips I'm confused about how the video clips are being sorted.  I have about 200 clips in the folder that I'm trying to select from.  In the bottom left corner I have selected the sort button and chose "DATE CREATED" with the arrow pointing down as I want to view the oldest to the newest.  I expected that regardless of what I've renamed the clips, they should be sorted by the initial creation date but at this point I can't tell at all how they are being sorted.  I have toggled the arrow to point both UP and DOWN but neither properly sort the CREATION DATE of the clips.       Would greatly appreciate some advice on what's happening here.

I am trying to create a short movie. The video is only 20 seconds long and that will be the entire length of the movie. For audio I wanted to add an audio file that is 3 minutes long. When I add the audio it makes the length of the movie 3 minutes. When I edit the audio file to 20 seconds to match the video the length of the movie stays at 3 minutes. How do I shorten the length of the entire movie to 20 seconds? Thanks. 

I've just created my first video and there is a one second clip at the end that I can't delete. It's not visible on the project timeline. But it always appears anyway when I play the video. I've tried deleting the last few seconds of my video, but it just inserts it at the new end point. How can I get it out of my video?

Hello I'm using Adobe rush for the first time (the basic app) in my iPad Air 4 to try it out. Up to now, I've used iMovie, but wanted to try rush. I will be creating more videos in the future for professional use.  I created my first video of about 175 MB in size. Contains videos and pictures taken with a DJI drone. When I sent the video for final rendering the app started doing its work  but about 88% of the way completed it crashed and took me to the iPad home screen. I tried again for several times with the same result. I even restarted the iPad and again the issue continues. Any ideas on why this is happening ? Thanks. 

Is there a way to manage Rush 'projects'   other than sort by name/date on the 'Your Projects' page?   My content is 5-10 second clips, and a typical day's shooting will generate at least 30 clips.   Pooling everything on the Home Page's Your Projects  with name/date sort as the only indexing system is unfeasable. I appreciate Rush data structure is optimized for back-end indexing to enable access across platforms.  And that it differs from PremPro, which allows parking autonomous Project files in folders.   That's fine.    But is there something beyond name/date sort?   Tags?Thanks,

So yes rush is first of all not showing the preview on OPPO Reno5 Lite and rush interface is glitching
